This is a 2 or 3 star hotel . The service is mediocre the rooms are dirty , we had to make a phone call to get toiletries, and then the house keeper shows up with only 1 toothbrush and 1 tooth paste . When we requested for the rooms to be cleaned up. The old towels still remained in the rooms , the floors where not clean. The staff was not welcoming, compared to other hotels we been to in china over the past 2 years the Marriott , Conrad , Shangri-la was amazing service compared to this branch . I tried for 3 days to call the land line number the staff just greet and the call gets cut nobody bother calling you back as this was a special anniversary date for us (We booked for 4 nights but will not go back to this Hotel) we were not allowed to use the outside pool as the staff member told us the chemicals for the pool is quiet expensive to maintain and did not allow my 4 year old to swim. We were told we will get a good view . Yet we only had a view of a roof open top the staff was to busy to show us the rooms and just gave us any room . Radisson Blu was once a very good elite and classy hotel brand but after being to this branch is the worst I ever been to .
This is a good place to stay if you want to attend any exhibition in necc. Staff is cooperative and also knows English well. Good breakfast and also have some options for vegetarians as well.
A hotel with traces of time. Room is spacious but many furnitures seems old. The amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a gym room with complete equipment. Breakfast is diversified but not very tasty.
The location is not convenient as well, far from the downtown.
One more thing, I don’t know why my key card kept malfunctioning so I cannot tap and use the lift.
It was a good place with big gym, swimming pools both indoor and outdoor. Breakfast that suits the chinese platale. However it is far from the train station as well as the exhibition centre. Proximity to amenities and food is lacking. Air con is fixed at 23 degrees Celsius which was very acceptable. For me. Indoor swimming required a swimming cap as with all china hotels indoor poor. Breakfast not well suited for international taste buds. Food at their restaurant on level 2 is excellent, see photo

Breakfast have a wide variety but decent only taste.
Hotel is huge with lots of room including a small balcony.
Do ask for a room
Nearer to lift becus my room to nearest lift is a 3 mins walk.
Service was good tho, I’ve had Taobao parcel (many) they were kind to help me track when I give them the airway bill
