Putuo Kaiyuan Hotel

Google needs to allow updates in China, this whole area is screwed up and I think this hotel has turned into "base hotel"? Very upsetting that APPLE MAPS works better here in Shanghai than google! (we all know how awful apple maps is, so to say it is better here is a big statement against google maps for China)

It's a hotel located near People's Square, easily accessible by bus or subway. The downside is that there aren't many shops nearby, only a Joy City shopping mall.

great stay here and the breakfast was sensational to me! Might not that close to centro but not far away from sub

The location of the hotel wasn't bad. The breakfast had a nice selection of Chinese and western food. The carpet in the room however was a disaster. Stains everywhere. I didn't dare walk around without shoes. Beds and bath however seemed ok.
