The Pullman hotel (Quingpo) in Shanghai is absolutely stunning! Marvellous interiors, luxurious rooms, fantastic staff, great restaurants and food and a lovely gym and indoor swimming pool. I had the pleasure of staying here for a week and my stay had been nothing short of excellent. The hotel truly lives up to its name (Quingpo Excellence)! The hotel is right next to a river with plenty of restaurants, bistros and even a Subway (sandwiches) and McDonald’s nearby. It’s very scenic, excellently located and with great views . I will certainly be coming back here when I visit China again!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. I encountered two challenges (not due to hotel) during my stay, and the staff calmly provided assistance (one required medical attention).

The room is quite clean, and the reception service is sweet. However, the swimming pool is quite small, massive and noisy, and the leisure centre service is poor, like a convenience store on the street. If you do need to use a swimming pool, it's better to find another place.
