Love how spacious fhe room was, and with good natural lights from the big windows. Location was pretty good, 5-7min walk to the metro station, which is connected to a big mall. 7-10mim walk to tianzifang is nice. Directly opposite the hotel, small row of shops with food and others. Service was good, but, breakfast at the restaurant can be much better. Housekeeping was great. Inconsistency at breakfast was disappointing. Eggs station was never manned by anyone regardless what time you arrived. Some food items were not topped up readily. Noodles station was good, except for 1 day which I am very sure the male chef missed out 1 ingredient when mixing the dry noodles. Plain natural yogurt was sweet! Just little details which should be taken care of by Pullman. We stayed for 4nights.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was in great condition, good breakfast options and the lounge was also very good. No complaints at all.
Check in process was very smooth and I got upgraded being a Platinum member. Foanna took care of us very well. The room was spacious, but we had to change the room because there was a bad odor in the corridor of the room. Lounge was good, breakfast was amazing and the location of the hotel was good. It's very near to metro station, walking distance to Tianzifang and a short ride to Xintiandi. The only let down was that the hotel was a bit old and smelled cigarette.
My room was on 21st floor. It was spacious and has all the necessities, iron, hairdryer and most importantly BIDET. Breakfast spread was average almost having the same spread. I ordered room service at 2AM and my food arrived quickly. The express laundry service was great too. The staff were very helpful with all inquiries. The pillow was a bit hard but you're able to request for softer pillows. Location of the hotel is near to many eateries and shopping centers. Overall stay was very delightful.
I stayed here 9 days. Overall I was very happy with my stay. Ben at the front door is such a welcoming and friendly person. He speaks good English and loves to practise his language skills with you while you wait for a taxi. I think he will be an absolute asset to this hotel. The staff at concierge have been amazing. I had several parcels delivered while staying here and had no issues. Check-in counter staff were very friendly too. Most of the staff speak good enough English to make everything feel welcoming and run smoothly. The room was big and comfortable. I did have a little cockroach in my room in the last few days. Once in the bathroom and once in the cupboard where the fridge is. Bed was comfortable. Black out curtains were good. The gym was small but sufficient. One exercise machine wasn't working, not even plugged in. My biggest criticism is breakfast. There is a good selection but the quality of the sausages, bacon, etc wasnt great. My other criticism is that the tables were not reset quickly enough and I often had to look around for cutlery and napkins etc, let alone find a clean table and chairs. The executive lounge was nice to have. Afternoon tea and dinner are served there on 24 floor. Breakfast is on B1 floor. For afternoon tea there are cakes, fruit, and some sandwiches. The sandwiches were sad as they were mostly bread with a thin slice of meat. Dinner was much better. There is a good selection of food. Its nice and comfortable to hang out here after a day of work. Drinks in the lounge were very disappointing, so I took my own wine on the last day to enjoy. I tried the G&Ts on one evening and i wondered if there was even any gin in the drink. They were very weak and very sweet. There is a fantastic Chinese restaurant downstairs the road from the hotel, go right out of the hotel amd walk 100m and its on your right. Also to the immediate right of the hotel is a building with nail salon and spa places. Super convenient. Great location and easy to get a cab.
