We stayed here for ne night because its near the airport. It is really quiet in the Hotel itself. Almost like there's no other guests. Gives a bit odd atmosphere. In front of the rooms is a ranch or something so you can hear the chickens and horses early in the morning. The beds are uncomfortable. Food was surprisingly good and fresh made, but the staff can't speak English so you definitely need a translator app. Only in the morning there was a employee who could speak English. Also there is nothing in the near to go.
I was happy to checkout after that night.
Stayed here for 3 nights just a week ago. Was a good experience. The only problem is that a lot of the staff lack a basic understanding of English. Luckily Edison Wu was around. His english is pretty good and I think he should get promoted to the front desk. He was very helpful and contributed to our stay. The upstairs pool is nice but there is a few upkeeping and maintenance issues that the management should address. A company waterblaster would solve a lot of the unclean issues. Also they should look at working with a taxi company that doesn't have smokers - pretty annoying when you hop into a smoker taxi for 30minutes to get to any destination.
Nice new hotel close to the Pudong Airport. Room is a bit warm at 22C and you're unable to change it. The service is fine. However the shuttle bus driver to airport has a bad attitude. Would recommend 打车 to airport next time.

Nice luxurious hotel with good food and nice hotel staff, not the best English speaking in the reception and the restaurant but helpful and friendly. Nice clean room. Good location near the Airport , Also have a free bus shuttle to Pudong Airport.
