Primus Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Outstanding Service from Kent I recently stayed at the Primus Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located, with spacious rooms and excellent facilities. What really made the stay exceptional was the service provided by Kent, the Front Desk Manager. From the moment I arrived, Kent was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and was always willing to assist with any questions or requests. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. The entire team was friendly and efficient, making me feel valued as a guest throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai, whether for business or leisure. Thank you, Kent and the Primus Hotel team, for such a memorable stay. I had booked a stay for June 8th. I can't go because I couldn't get a visa. The hotel is taking advantage of this situation. I wanted to reschedule my stay for a later date, but they wouldn't even allow that. Think twice before booking at this hotel.

Shit service in the spa, manager insults me thinking that I cannot understand chinese. According them, if your son or daughter is taller than 70cm and is different gender that you you cannot get in with him/her in the restrooms. The average height for a 7 month baby is already over 70cm. I was with my 4 years old daughter and they don't let me take her to restroom, also they afraid if an adult get in the swimming pool, neither offer or suggest to pay extra
