We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Shanghai. The room was spacious and the staff were able to communicate in English well enough to answer all of our questions. They even come around in the afternoon and hand out milk for a bedtime snack! Our room had a great view of century park and a wonderful soaking tub, and we still paid less than $100 USD per night! Quick walk to the science and technology museum metro line, too! They had a universal outlet in the room, which I thought was very considerate of their international guests. Highly recommend!

Great food, the staff are very accommodating, English is a bit of a barrier but they work hard to make sure you get what you want and have a great time.
