I am leaving a review here because someone on Agoda was maliciously posting negative reviews. I had to wait two hours to catch the shuttle, which was supposed to run every 30 minutes. If you call the hotel, you might be asked the ridiculous question of which hotel you booked. As for the room condition, there was a strange, strong smell of urine coming from the bathroom and floor. The hotel offered no apology or explanation whatsoever. During a business trip, I wasted two hours standing at the airport gate, unable to do anything because of the shuttle running every 30 minutes. I received the shuttle bus driver's phone number, but it turned out to be an invalid number. Unless you have a specific reason to stay near the airport, this is not the place. I do not recommend this to Koreans.
