Great hotel and service. Stayed for 5 nights. Booked through trip.com. Had early check in and late check out. They speak limited English but still was able to understand. I forgot to grab the counter ladies name but she was super amazing. Gave me a rose for valentine’s day here in china.
I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, which was a great way to start the day.
At lunchtime, there’s a small buffet available for just 68 yuan, featuring a signature dish from different countries along with pastries, fruits, and drinks—quite good value for the price.
The location is very convenient, especially with easy access to public transportation and a nearby train station, making it easy to get around. The price of the stay is also reasonable.
However, one downside was that a few reception staff members were not very friendly, which slightly affected the overall experience.
Rooms are stuffy and hot.
Front desk service is not great. They hardly reply and are talking amongst each other.
Location is great.
One of the best Novotel hotel I have stayed.
1. Location is super convenient with a Livat mall around. many cafe , Hotel etc.
2. Price is quite in comparison to another 5 star nearby
3. Good food options
4. Pudong airport is quite far
What an amazing hotel. The location was excellent, and the staff were superb. The staff were helpful and accomidating. The staff at the lobby bar were particularly excellent serving drinks and snacks to our group of business travelers. The rooms were clean and felt luxurious. The in room amenities were top of the line brands. The housekeeping staff kept the room clean and the fridge stocked with water and soda. The breakfast was varied each day and included both western and delicious Asian dishes.
