Our room was so spacious and clean and the location of the hotel is superb - the metro station is just across the street. They also offer free laundry service which was amazing! The breakfast wasn’t bad. Overall great value for what you pay and I would definitely stay here again!
Stayed at their Hangzhou & Shanghai Jingan Location. Both were excellent and welcoming. Staff was helpful and professional, helped with laundry. Located right in front of metro station, short bike ride to Nanjing West shopping area. However, bathroom had slight urine smell that seems to be a thing in China
The hotel was clean and the service was immaculate. I’ve been on another cities in China and this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Especially, Xiao Tao, the front desk was very kind & helped us a lot.
My family was incredibly impressed by this hotel’s hospitality. They kindly allowed us an early 12 PM check-in and even helped me retrieve a lost item after I returned home, arranging a free courier to my friend’s hotel nearby. The family room is very spacious with two double beds and a charming "oldies" aesthetic, including a fun vintage rotary phone. We were pleasantly surprised by the free welcome snacks and the complimentary breakfast (5–7 AM) and supper (9–11 PM) delivered directly to our room! Other highlights include: Free Laundry: Staff pick up and return your laundry washed and dried. Great Location: Diagonally opposite a subway station and only 10–15 mins from Nanjing Road East. Climate: Centralized heating in winter, but windows open easily for fresh air. Highly recommended for their proactive staff and unique perks. We would definitely stay here again!
This place was my best choice for the Shanghai trip. Honestly it surprised me because it so much better than the four stars hotel we stayed on the first few days. The room is clean and nice, the shower, toilet and curtains all have smart functions/ buttons. Just fill in the form and place your dirty clothes in the basket and the staff will pick up the clothes when they do room cleaning and do the FREE Laundry for you. Free snacks and food at 5-7am and after 11pm. Front desk are always friendly and will help you order late night takeout then a robot will deliver to your room. My son just love the robot. They give out cute set of toothbrush for my son too. Even better the hotel is opposite the subway station. I cannot compliment this place enough. Definitely a must visit.
