Excellent hotel with lots of food options right outside. Airport shuttle coordination was very smooth. Area is kid friendly

Pleasantly surprised! I wasn’t expecting much at the price. Stayed here to be close to PVG for an early flight. It’s tucked into a plaza full of families recreating so the area has a fun vibe. The room was nice enough. The place has some character, which is nice. There was fresh rosemary in the hall for the taking, so it smelled great passing through. The patio with garden is a highlight - it’s clearly well cared for and was relaxing for a 5 min stroll before catching a shuttle early in the morning. I did not have the breakfast or spend much time here, but for what I needed it was perfect.

This really was a great hotel and experience! The room is huge and spacious, clean, and the hotel with a lot of amenities. Xiao Wu was by far the best part of this experience. They were so kind and helpful after my husband left his passport in the Didi. They called to help locate it and have it returned. I am so forever in their debt for their kindness and help. I recommend this place to anyone passing through Shanghai!

First of all let me start by pointing out the issue with the name given that I booked a place call Manli but that it also goes by Moonlo hotel. What I enjoyed: friendly staff, room decoration, relatively close to airport, free breakfast. What I didn’t enjoy: bunch of hair in the shower, the fact that on a rainy night my taxi driver couldn’t find the place and that I wasn’t sure there was a hotel around (you need to walk through the square to get there), shuttle bus was super vintage (good to note it goes to the airport on the hour).
