My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Shanghai MGM West Bund Hotel. The service was truly exceptional. Every staff member was friendly, professional, patient, and eager to help, whether it was answering questions, assisting with WeChat Pay and Alipay, or helping us order food delivery. What impressed us most was their attention to detail. From day one, we were greeted by name, and the staff remembered our preferences, from our favorite table at breakfast to how many bottles of water we liked in our room. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely welcomed. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
