在這裡度過很舒適住宿的時光❤️🙌 Excellent service from the front desk, dear, warm, and friendly. I loved all the details of the room, and the book 📖 written by the CEO is a plus. I will definitely come back next time. The hotel is close to many department stores and very convenient to the MTR. It’s also a great spot for Disneyland. The shower gel, shampoo, and location are all great👍 you have to feel it by yourself🙂↔️ #foodielifenini

Enjoyed staying in this hotel with my family for 5 nights. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Hotel location is within 30 mins taxi ride to all the main attractions. Staff are so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is good and also includes fresh fruits , salads and desserts. Staff made our stay in Shanghai really memorable. A big thank you for the staff...

From the moment I arrived I received such a warm welcome, Chris from H World Group, who is actually Malay and spoke English and also Mandarin was happy to assist with all enquiries ensuring a seamless checkin. The rooms are lovely, so modern and clean, very high tech with push button light switches all in English as well, electric curtains, massive TV in the room, potions and lotions all supplied. The only problem I've noticed is the location on Google maps is off, not sure if someone could address this, I'll include a pin drop of where the hotel actually is. The hotel is a bit east of the city center but if you're looking for something away from all the commotion after a day in down town Shanghai this place is perfect.
