An excellent hotel, albeit quite remote. The rooms are clean and tidy, the international breakfast is extensive, and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended!

I have 3 main problems Machines work beside the hotel from 7 o’clock So you can’t sleep after that time Windows is not designed to reduce the sound outside I try more than 30 mins to exchange money from hotel and they refused without any solutions, however all other hotels you can exchange very easy No more facilities on the hotel

Although location is good, hotel service is unwelcoming. I stayed here before they changed management. Previously was awesome and very warming and welcome. However, this time, i was told that they dont entertain guests that are not staying in the hotel I ask the reception if I can dine and the respond is, you have to pay. Why would I expect a free meal?? Well, after checking with Maxx and so unwelcoming, I return to Shangrila Pudong and soaked in my Horizon club lounge
