Great place for vacation with family A bit far from the city center but perfect if you want to enjoy the nature!

I was quite disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, as it did not meet the expectations of a true 5-star experience. The biggest issue was room cleanliness—several areas were clearly neglected. For example: - The sliding door gap was filled with thick dust, which became obvious when the door was closed. - The chair in the hallway was extremely dusty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. - Very Limited Breakfast Options: The selection was extremely smallfor a luxury hotel. - Food quality felt **cheap and basic**, like a simple cafeteria rather than a high-end buffet. For a luxury hotel, these oversights are unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their housekeeping standards.

Pro: I love the hotel, and it's amenities. also the view from my hotel window. Con: I was warned about how shady taxi drivers in China, so I tried to be safe by requested hotel to appoint one for me. I left at 5 am. Consierge escorted me to one that's waiting by the hotel lobby. The taxi driver with broken English tries to hug me numerous times while driving, and at one point he pulled over on the side of the highway to urinate while I'm waiting in the car. I was so scared. and taxi fare was over 300 Yuen to Pu Dong airport. I was so scared & I forgot to take his information to report him. As a female traveling alone, I wish hotel will put my safety first.
