You have to prepare yourself for a trip through some really run down villages while you're going to the hotel from the airport via the provided bus. The trip takes about 30 minutes.
The interior of the hotel and the rooms were fine, however one of the rooms that we booked has a really unpleasant smell in it and the quality of cleaning was sub par - the surfaces were pretty dirty, especially in the toilet. We also spotted a cockroach.
The staff was willing to help but we had to use translation apps because nobody knew english. Otherwise everything was ok.

Service at the beginning was also good, but…
At the end of my stay, when I was in process of check-out, they forced me to left a review at trip.com (they actually asked me, and were kinda determined, a male was actually waiting for me to left this 10 ⭐️ review
And when I did it, he asked me again and waiting for me to show him the proof :///
I was in such the hurry, I actually didn’t think a lot about it at the moment and just wanted to leave…
I think it was kinda rude…
But food and everything else was good….
I needed a hotel between the airport and the exhibition area. And the place is well located, but the distances in Shanghai are just crazy. Luckily taxis/uber type of services work flawless and are quite cheap. There is no sub-way nearby, so car is the only way to move around.
The hotel is modern, clean, nice smell everywhere.
The staff is very polite and helpful. Full customer service experience.
Beds, matresses and pillows are perfect.
Rooms have many lighting options, to make you feel comfortable (even night light).
Breakfast is unbelievable. Lots of amazing dishes.
Although the hotel is far from city center, the price-quality ratio is perfect.
Recommend it 100%!
The room was clean, staffs are really nice. They have a free shuttle to/from Disneyland & Pudong Airport. they even gave a free snack after we get back from disneyland, what a thoughtful. Also they have a snack bar after 9pm. The location is okay, but not many things to do at here, but they were some restaurants nearby
Very recommend this hotel, the services for the staff is perfect. The staff is very initiative to help. Go to Disneyland and airport also got provide shuttle bus. The location is very near airport around 20-25 mins can arrives. The rooms is very clean and tidy. In addition, this hotel also provide breakfast and supper.
