We stayed for 7 days at a 5-star hotel, and the experience was absolutely terrible. During our stay, our room was continuously exposed to sexually explicit sounds from midnight to early morning, lasting about four hours, which is legally inappropriate for minors. We reported this to the hotel immediately, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and staff appeared unwilling to deal with it. Later communication with management confirmed there were lapses in handling the situation, and all related communications have been recorded. Additionally, the fire alarm in the room was obstructed, creating a serious safety hazard. This occurred on the fifth night of our stay, and we had already prepaid the full amount for the accommodation. I also have a recording of hotel staff stating that the last three nights of accommodation fees would be refunded; however, this refund never been processed!!!
