Everything was a 5 star starting from Ella at reception, I knew I was in good hands once I started talking to her. Very professional, smart and attentive. She executed my reasonable request to the highest level. My room was really clean, comfortable and quiet. It had everything I needed. You can see pedestrian street from my window but never heard any noise from there or from my neighbors. The soundproofing must be good. It was one of my favourite hotels in my 3 month trip. Will definitely book again. And to get to pedestrian street there is a little tunnel under a little bridge across from the hotel and at the end of the zebra crossing

Stayed here for one night transferring. Perfect hotel. Short stroll from the terminals, spotlessly clean, modern beautiful rooms with electric curtain, very comfortable mattress and a choice of pillows, perfect after an 12 hr flight. Fast room service and plenty of restaurants downstairs to choose from. Staff were efficient and friendly. We don’t speak Mandarin but they went out of their way to understand us. Offers fast checkout which was great as we had to leave at 0400 for another flight. Next time we come through this airport we will definitely be staying again. Very spacious too

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights during our vacation. Excellent Room Condition: The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. In particular, the shower booth was spotless and the drainage was perfect. Solid Breakfast: The breakfast spread was well-prepared. While not overly fancy, everything tasted good, and the variety was more than sufficient. Prime Location: Best of all is the location. It’s within easy walking distance to the heart of Shanghai and situated in a very safe area for travelers. Overall, it is a reliable and pleasant hotel for a stay in the city.
