The hotel is near the old Hongjiao Airport, making it convenient for getting around, but it's a bit far from downtown Shanghai.

It's a good place to stay and the pillow is fully superb. Average breakfast 🥞 served from 7-10 am. It takes about 1.5 hours from Pudong International Airport by Metro. Use Line 2 and end up at station National Exhibition Hongqiao Centre, exit door 6 and take a taxi using Didi apps. Only less than RMB 15. The metro cost only RMB 8. But if you have more money, just use a taxi express cost about less than RMB 200. You cannot smoke in the room, but they prepared a table outside the lights lobby to smoke around. In front, there is a retail shop that open 8am-12 pm. If you want to eat halal food, the restaurant is nearby, just walk towards Hotel Hamptons Hilton, just opposite the hotel. Very nice hotel for big groups. It's clean and tidy yet feeling new. Affordable price. Shopping: From Hotel Lobby, turn left, towards Hilton Hamptons, walk straight until you see Mc Donald's, behind Mc Donald's there's a hypermarket, you can buy at almost anything for souvenirs 🥰. Laundry: At the restaurant, there's a free washing machine and dryer. Weight machine: you can weigh your luggage 🧳 by holding your own weight and minus your weight with luggage while holding it. The hotel is so cozy, they have free coffee dispenser machine at the lobby, breakfast at the hotel, grocery shop in front of the hotel and nearby halal restaurant, just opposite the Hamptons Hilton Hotel. You can use metro by taking a taxi from hotel to National Exhibition Hongqiao Centre just 15 minutes. Metro Line 2 (Green Lane) will take you directly towards Pudong International Airport and will passing by many touristic station such as Jiang'an Temple, West and East Nanjing Road, and many more. Shanghai people here are very polite to me.

The customer service was absolutely exceptional, and I can’t express enough gratitude to Heidi for her kindness and support. She went above and beyond by personally walking us all the way to the hospital and ensuring my son received the medical assistance he needed. Her genuine care made a difficult moment so much easier.
