We have a son that runs hot that came with us here. They centrally set the lower temp in the room so I could not cook the room for him. My son was covered in sweat when we woke him up in the morning before our flight. I would not recommend this location, no change in service after the fact could make up for them hurting my son.
Excellent place! Good bedrooms, delicious breakfast e awesome location. Highly recommend.
Very helpful and friendly service.
Credit to Ms. Demi, thank you so much!
Great place to stay with great staff clean and tidy the facility is well equipped and very helpful attitude of staff breakfast is varied
Great holiday inn near Shanghai Hongqiao! I was very impressed with the cleanliness, service, and breakfast! Weekdays breakfast is 6:30-9:30, and weekends might be a half hour later on both sides but I’m not sure. The staff also spoke English which was very helpful. Also, the hotel is within 15 min moderate paced walk to Shanghai hongqiao railway station, and add another 10 to get to Hongqiao Airport.
One thing is it was a bit tricky to figure out how to get back into the railway station from the hotel, but eventually we figured it out.., you can go into some underground walkway/shopping center system and that will spit you into the rail station. Or, you can also walk to nearby the train station and go up to a pedestrian walkway Sky bridge… in any case, just allot yourself some extra time to walk back to the train station from the hotel!
Was very glad to be able to leave my bag there for a week while we travelled in China!
