Terrible hotel. And it's all because of the receptionist. I was charged twice for my stay because the receptionist took my card out of the machine early. I was told the money would be refunded in 1-3 days. A week has passed and I still haven't received my money back. The employee didn't even apologize for making a mistake and causing me problems. She simply charged me a second time. I wasn't even given a bill. None of the hotel staff helped resolve the issue. It ruined my entire vacation experience.
Peaceful place with very accommodating service support.
Very convenient hotel, directly connected to the airport (just a few steps’ walk from the lobby to the check-in counters). The hotel is very new, the staff was very friendly, and the room was large and functional. The pool on the top floor is really nice and large. The breakfast had plenty of food options, and the club lounge is an enjoyable space, opening towards a courtyard, with a good selection of food or drinks during happy hours.
Rooms are awesome, it is a new hotel since 2025.
Breakfast amazing with big selection of street food. One of the brkfst i have had recently in China.
It is attached to SHA T1. Quite a pain to get to from Hongqiao station, metro line 10 to T1 then enter airport, go upstairs and walk the whole length of T1.
Closer to Shanghai than the T2 hotels.
Nice gym. Exec lounge (but i didnt have time). Best to take Didi to/from train station.
Walking distance to Terminal 1
