Had an incredible 8-night stay! The hotel is sleek and modern with a really unique design, and the entire team was helpful and professional throughout. A special shoutout to Elena, who went above and beyond and was extremely supportive during my time there. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this hotel because the room is spacious and it is walking distance to the subway station - Jiangsu. We are so happy that we booked including the executive lounge access because the staff members at the lounge working with the team leader - Sabrina were all so thoughtful and would not hesitate to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable and comfortable. My husband and I were literally blown away by Sabrina and every staff in her team. Not just us, i noticed they were always so welcoming whenever any guest walks into the lounge. My husband has selective dietary needs and they painstakingly made sure his needs were catered for. We came to this hotel because Hilton beds are very comfortable and we got more than just a comfortable bed. The service, food and drinks at the executive lounge are the best we have experienced thus far. We are so pleased we booked with executive lounge access. Also, bring your swimming cap if you would like to swim in this hotel. The gym is very well equipped and you can have a relaxing dip in the hot spa (located in the bathroom) after a good workout. Definitely we will return to this hotel when we visit Shanghai again. In fact, we will return to this hotel after our Beijing trip for one more night before we head home to Christchurch.

We booked an executive suite and experienced the lounge and restaurant last October. The staff here went above and beyond, just exceptional service I was impressed! The room felt luxurious and service amazing. Specifically one gentleman I believe his name is Eric Ye at the front desk (I really hope I got your name correct) and his team really tried their best to make my stay memorable. As well, the housekeeping team and management at the lounge were exceptional! I’m definitely staying here again. One thing to note I would not recommend booking their private cars through the hotel. It’s a third party and has nothing to do with the hotel staff but the third party company drivers were unprofessional. In short, we ended up hiring through another company for the rest of our trip.

This has become my new home in Beijing. The suite rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated, and with a spectacular bath tub. The VIP lounge is also nice, with nice views over Shanghai traffic and pretty good food. The breakfast buffet is extensive, with fresh squeeze orange juice, and of pretty good quality in overall. The service is efficient and you get a sense that the staff are trying their best, to make for a pleasant stay, which it is.
