There are many plenty off shops and restaurants around the hotel . The Mi store and Miniso are especially convenient for me . The breakfast is pretty good , offering a nice balance of European and Asian style breakfast option . The room are very comfortable and well - equipped with useful ameneties such an iron and an ironing board. İ absolutely loved the rooms decoration , i was such a cosy vibe especially I loved color of walls . It made the room warm and inviting

I have a very good stay at this hotel for my business trip. The location is convenient for almost working or sight seeing purpose. The staff is helpful, especially Ms. Grace Zhou who has supported me to get back the lost phone on taxi even I already checked out.

The customer service is truly outstanding. The girls are incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. I would especially like to mention Ana Luo, who absolutely won my heart. She was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout my experience. I was also very impressed by her excellent English, which made communication incredibly easy and comfortable during my stay in China. Ana, thank you for making my experience so special!

I have never had such great service at a hotel. They accommodated adapter converters, afternoon tea, and the staff spoke English and were the kindest I’ve ever come across. The room attendants were so attentive and kept things sparkly clean. The convenient store at the bottom floor was perfect for cheap and favorited souvenirs. There are also mall stores and tons of restaurants inside this hotel and surrounding areas. I would recommend this 10x over. Just note it’s a 15 min didi from bund but has so much walkable area for food, entertainment, and more.
