20260527 - located an hour ride from shanghai pudong airport. Booked as a mymillenium prestige member and given room upgrade with club lounge access. Check in was only available at 2 pm but given late checkout at 1 pm. Offers fast free wifi. Hotel was last renovated in 2018 but still well maintained and clean. Room was spacious. Aircon was cool. Shower pressure was strong and water is hot. Bed is very comfy and comes with pillow menu. The evening canapes serves alcohol and food. The different cocktail they serve each night is good. Breakfast was served in cafe and have local shanghai noodles and food, as well as western choices. I enjoyed the fresh watermelon juice and onsen egg.
I had the opportunity to stay here a few days ago. The room was spacious and very clean. What impressed me the most was the lunch buffet — the food was delicious and offered a great variety, although the portions were a bit too large for one person.
I would also like to especially compliment Mr. Vincent Gao for his excellent service. He speaks English very well, was attentive and always willing to help. He has a wonderful service mind and truly made my experience even more enjoyable.

Very helpful. They helped me with my parcels and food deliveries. There is nothing much around the hotel mostly residential area. Only negative review would be there are mold in the fridge, I want to chill my Chagee tea but dare not too. Please do regular cleaning of the fridge. Other than that I enjoy staying here.
Hotel staffs here are inconsistent. I mean some staff are very nice and helpful. Some are like can’t be bothered attitude. I do understand that English is the barrier but emotionally you can feel it. They were just brushed you off which I find it very rude. No training standard at all.
Wanted to write this review long time ago, Love this hotel. Room are very comfortable, bed is so good to sleep. The toiletries are Jurlique Lavender, smell so good.
As I do not have a china phone number, I had problem ordering food delivery, when I approached Giacomo at the front desk, he was extremely helpful to let me register the delivery app with his phone number. I am very grateful for his kindness.
