Very nice and comfortable hotel. Rooms was really clean, well maintained with modern amenities like a Dreame hair dryer and Nespresso Machine. A service robot is also available to send parcels up.
Breakfast was really good and the service was very thoughtful. Many rooms offer washer/dryer and if you booked one without, they wash, dry and fold for you! The hotel is located beside a huge mall with plenty of retail, restaurants with Yeah Gelato (野人先生) and Hema Supermarket (盒马) with the subway right under it.
The mall is also a short drive to mega malls like Hopson One if you are looking for more luxury retail.
Service:
The service was really good! Everyone was very kind and helped me out if I missed something. I didn't know that in Asia it is forbidden to swim without a cap and one of the staff member offered me his private cap. Also when we had an issue regarding calling a taxi a staff member called one for us with his private phone.
Location:
The location is quite good because a huge shopping center with many restaurants and shops is very close (7 minutes by feet). The subway station is also only 10 minutes by feet and the train brings you directly to the city center (within about 25 minutes). The trains arrived every 5 minutes on weekdays. We didn't hear any traffic noises from outside.
Rooms:
The rooms are large and have everything what I would expect. The gym also have everything you need and the staff members are very friendly.
While I was told otherwise, the rooms do not have A/C. I spent 8 sleepless November nights in temperatures ranging between 25 and 27 Celsius. To make things worse, the rooms are sealed, i.e., no windows can be open, leading to stuffy air. The staff working at the front desk could have been more helpful. In short, it was a bad experience.
