Reviews
I stayed at this hotel for a week and had a very pleasant experience. The service was excellent, and the overall quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was especially impressive, offering a great variety of delicious options every day.
The location is very convenient, particularly for business purposes, as it is close to key areas. This made my stay comfortable and hassle-free.
A special mention to Ms. Jing Jing, who was very friendly and handled customers with great care and professionalism.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.
Some staff are rude‼️
This hotel is declining, even a simple request for sandwich is too big for them
They need more customers service training
Nice good hotel, especially for business customers, interesting area around with some shops and a mall.
It's a nice hotel but signs of its age are showing up. Rooms are large and comfortable, with good quality toiletries and linen. Fitted with the usual requirements, has a nice view from the room. Breakfast was included, it has western and Chinese options. Nothing fancy but not bad either. Service could be better. Room service was available till 11 pm however the food wasn't great. They have one chinese restaurant but i didn't go there during my stay. They have an indoor swimming pool, gym and a few cycles on rent. Hardly any staff speaks English so your mobile translator is an essential thing to have to communicate with the staff even when ordering in room dining. The hotel is located within walking distance to a big mall, numerous restaurants, bars, cafes etc. Overall a decent option for staying in this city.
Nice place to live in Taicang. I had a comfortable stay here. The key card is little old and sometimes it required extra effort to open the door. But, the room is spacious and has all the amenities. The breakfast is awesome and very delicious.
