Four Points By Sheraton Shanghai Jiading

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights while we were on a group tour. The hotel is located in Jiading area, a good location and spacious neighborhood. I understand the location is peripheral but peaceful and clean area. The hotel is very modern and with state-of-the-art and beautiful décor. The rooms were spacious and with good view of the surrounding and the streets. The beds and the linen were very comfortable and clean. The toilet and the wash rooms were also clean. What I liked of hotel is that it is modern and stylish. The breakfast was excellent with both Chinese as well as western dishes and had a wide variety. We came in as part of the group tour with booking done in advance and was completed fast.. The hotel maintained good standards, good service, and many of them including the reception spoke English. Room service was good, they spoke English and was clean and tidy. There was also a restaurant and bar, however in the night there was not much choice and took long time to serve. Breakfast offered many options and an open kitchen served freshly prepared dishes. The wifi was good Overall a very good experience.

Worst hotel experience. There is no air conditioning. Complaining to the reception and the staff is telling me due to schedule maintaining the air condition is not working. The reception is feeling with chill air, but the room temperature go up as high as 29 Couldn't sleep in the middle of the night..

Tv could use a channel in English. Room service menu could be in English.

Comfortable, clean and good service hotel. Provide free supper, feel warm, great!
