Terribly Rude service. Booked a room with 2 beds. Gave us one. Had to fight at 2 am about it. Carey at reception said he can send sheets for me to sleep on the floor. He was so rude and would avoid helping me in any way whatsoever. Finally got a an extra cot, but not without a 30min argument at the counter. Terrible standard of service for a crowne plaza.
I have stayed in this hotel for many business travels. This time I was lucky to be offered a room facing the lake. Through the bacony I enjoyed very much the lake view. Room was comfortable and tidy, but the tv was too old that it kept on turning on and off. I used their catering room service to order a beef burger. Beef was juicy. Vegetable and tomato were fresh enough. Absolutely no complaint.
I stayed here many times. Modern, roomy, great staff, great breakfast. Nicely situated to grocery stores. Amazing value for money. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay there again. It has an air of luxury that I never experienced in other 4 star hotels. The western food they served in the bar certainly kept us going!
The staff is friendly as well as the clerks.
The gym is not so big, but it's enough.
There is a food center and shopping mall, Carrefour, next to the street.
And, there are museum, sport center,....and so on
But, it's a little far away the metro stop!!
Average-good hotel. There are multiple buildings (3 or 4). One section of the hotel (the one you see in all the pictures) is beautiful, but if you don't have a high IHG Member Status or if you don't want to pay extra, be prepared to be in another section (that nobody shows in the pictures) which has pretty much the same o.k. rooms but is much much less beautiful. I stayed there 3 weeks and it was really just 3 / 5 stars, not more.
