Andy Zhang was exceptionally warm, sincere, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to assist me with various app settings needed in China, making everything much easier and stress-free. His genuine willingness to help and friendly attitude were greatly appreciated.
The room was also very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. All the amenities and conveniences I needed were readily available, making my stay pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you, Andy, for your outstanding service and hospitality."
Great stay overall. The location is super convenient, especially if you’re attending an event at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. There are plenty of eateries nearby, along with a mall and a supermarket, so everything you need is within walking distance.
The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained, which made the stay really comfortable. Breakfast was also a highlight lots of variety with continental, full English, and Asian options to choose from
Hotel is 5 stars expected on international brand for china.

Will definitely come back again
Food delivery is sent to your room via robots. Amazing
The hotel feels pretty new and the rooms and modern and well maintained. The lobby is spacious and serene.
What I do want to share is how brilliant the breakfast was. The spread is ginormous and there is something for everyone. Noodle bars, egg bar, pancake bar, dim sum bar and a wide assortment of local delights.
