Was good till they keep my package 📦.. They revived my package and did not gave to me … After I leave the hotel I discover and called them , now they want me pay to send me in Canada . I don’t belive they are like that , I’m a customer more them 15 years. Custumer max of frequencies and they did that with me . Dont stay in this hotel .

I have been fortunate to have enough employment stability that I have stayed at this hotel nearly every year since 2019 for weeks at a time. I always look forward to returning. The staff is competent, efficient and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic. The location is convenient to Zizhu technology park, where many western businesses have offices. They decorate nice for Christmas.

Reviews are consistent- it’s a nice, clean hotel with staff that will make an effort (may not always deliver). What I want you to know is the location on Google maps is wrong. The hotel is actually at ZiyePlaza a short walk away. Even Marriotts own website has the wrong address. Have pointed it out to the staff (who were mortified) and will keep this 3 star review until it has been rectified- somehow. If you’re looking on Didi look for 紫竹万怡酒店.

The hotel is located approx. 1 hour by car from Pudong international airport. While the location provides convenient accessibility if you are visiting offices in the area, there is little to do or even food to eat after the sun goes down. The room is spacious and clean except that, there was a weird sound of (a) cricket starting in the middle of the night. If I had not been dead tired from my travels earlier in the day, I might have requested for some checks or change of room. Overall, it was an otherwise fuss-free stay. I would stay at this location (but request for a non-corner room) when I next visit the area.
