we stayed here for 2 nights to visit disneyland. the hotel is literally a 5 minute didi ride to the park so it’s super convenient! would definitely recommend staying here if you don’t want to pay a small fortune for a disney hotel. the room was spacious, comfortable and clean!

Perfect hotel for a Disney trip with kids This hotel is located just 5 minutes from Shanghai Disneyland and is very kids-friendly. We were upgraded to a Panda-themed room, which featured cute bedding, plush toys, and a well-equipped bathroom with kids' amenities. The room size was spacious enough for a family of three. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it offered great quality for a reasonable price. The dishes were unique and delicious, featuring colorful dumplings and character-themed plates that children would love. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of options, including a dedicated section for kids. The best part was the shuttle service. Having a reliable shuttle made the trip so much easier. After a long day at Disney in the rain, the Courtyard shuttle was waiting for us right at the parking lot. While others were struggling to call a Didi, we were able to hop on the bus and return to the hotel comfortably. I would definitely stay here again for my next trip to Shanghai Disneyland.
We stayed 2 non consecutive days. We wanted to rest as we were coming from South Korea. I was able to coordinate hotel shuttle via email. The staff was very responsive and provided immense details on how and where to wait for their shuttle. We did arrive earlier than expected and the shuttle driver was extremely polite and accommodating. He agreed to drop us off at the gate and apologize for not being able to bring us all the way in. Upon check-in, the gentleman upgraded our room due to being Marriott Bonvoy members. He also got us scheduled for the complimentary shuttle to head to the Bundt. The whole staff was highly professional and always willing to assist. Toy Story Hotel was great but this hotel was even better considering all the amenities. On our last day, my wife wanted to send post cards and concierge assisted us with 15 post cards ! They completed the rest for us as we were heading to downtown Disney area on their free shuttle. Complimentary washer and dryer, shoe dryer, refreshments, restaurant with discount for Marriott Bonvoy members, vending machines, food delivery services and power bank rentals.
Absolutely perfect as a base for visiting Disney. Super kid/family friendly. Lots of shuttle service to airports and to Disney, and it’s less than 10 minutes from the hotel to the park. Free laundry machines. Great breakfast buffet. The front desk staff speak English. My kid loved the camping themed room and the adult bed was massive.
Perfect hotel if you are planning to visit Shanghai Disneyland. Free scheduled shuttle bus to/from Hongqiao Airport T2, Pudong Airport, Hongqiao Railway Station, The Bund and Kangxin Highway Metro 11 Station (Dropoff only). The rooms are spacious/comfortable and the fridge is stocked (minimally) with soda, water and two snacks. There is a robotic delivery system of food and other requested items which is really cool to see. The lobby/front desk is very inviting. The staff is so helpful even though some have difficulty with English, but there’s always someone there that fully understands and they give (you must return) umbrellas for inclement weather. There is also a shop to purchase snacks and gift items along with a kiosk and vending machine to buy other items. A kids play area is on the lobby floor. Delivery of food to rooms is not allowed, but they can meet you out side or place your items in a delivery box located outside by the smoking area. The food is great and the breakfast Buffett is plentiful even for westerners and they play cartoons and have little children seats/tables. Good luck trying to get food delivered from the outside if you don’t understand Chinese. That was by far the most frustrating thing for me as it limited me to eating food from the hotel as there are no fast food restaurants within walking distance. My experience here was great and I would suggest it to all families with kids. Not so much for couples looking for a romantic getaway though. If you enjoy looking at trains, the metro passes right by your window if you have a room that is front facing (the windows are a little cloudy unfortunately). There were no English speaking channels which was a real bummer.
