Front office is not bad but the security or the person that assist the bag was pretty rough. The room carpet looks quite damp and dirty. Thin pillows. Front office assisted in english and assist to change rooms but room was same layout and worse as it has cigarette smell..
Great check-in, nice rooms good food. Bar service needs improvement. No zero sugar sodas, only one rum type available. 1st nighr the bar staff was not available for >15 minutes and expensive drinks.
This is definitely not the typical Courtyard I’m used to. The hotel’s exterior and interior are sleek and modern, the rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are excellent. I was also very impressed by the service from the concierge and lounge staff. Most of all, the food quality is better than many 5-star hotels—the egg tarts are a must-try, and seeing a noodle robot for the first time was such a cool experience! While the immediate area isn't very walkable, there’s a shopping mall and a park very close by, so it was an easy Didi ride away. Our stay here was the perfect way to spend our first day in Shanghai and a fantastic start to our special family trip.
Easy access Shanghai’s west outskirt. However relatively smaller size room. Even an executive room is smaller than a standard room of Marriott. A Lounge closes 9pm :( better choose a Marriott it is just for very short business trip like an Inn.
As Titanium Elite members my wife and I stayed here for 3 nights to be close to the hospital. The hotel is in a very nice area and exhibits a beautiful decor inside and outside. Our room was very nice and the staff extremely helpful. The Executive Lounge is very nice and is set up with good quality food during happy hour. The staff in the e-launch were very attentive. We have zero complaints at this hotel.
