Exceptional customer service with lots of professional and extremely courteous staff ready to help at a moment's call. The hotel is conveniently located about 30 - 40 mins from Shanghai Pudong PVG Airport depending on traffic. Rooms are very spacious, ultra modern, tech advanced, clean & well maintained. They even have Robots doing room service. They can keep your luggage for free if you need to check out & make multiple short trips outside of Shanghai like I did. They offer free, DIY laundry services & have a small gym on premises...breakfast is included plus the food is very local & amazing. All this for a relatively and comparatively low price... compared to western hotels.. They have an exquisitely beautiful creative space on their 2nd floor & hotel is opposite NYU (New York University), Shanghai. Ample space in the drop off/pick up area outside the hotel for DiDi (Uber-style) ride share pick up/drop off.
Compact room but neat and clean and well maintained green hotel
Amazing hotel at a very prime location. The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious. The breakfast spread is average.
I attended an event at Shangri-La Qiantan and wanted a hotel with a better rate, so I chose to stay here for three nights—and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful addition of a Bluetooth speaker with an alarm function.
The location is excellent—very close to Shangri-La Qiantan and Taikoo Li—and the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. For those who might want food delivery, there’s a convenient Meituan e-pickup cabinet near the hotel entrance.
The only downside was the air conditioning. Even though I set it to cooling mode, the room temperature remained around 25°C, which was a bit too warm for my comfort.
It was a pleasant experience to stay there for 3 nights. The interior and room are designed nicely. Some restaurants, including the halal one, are just walking distance opposite to hotel.
