This is a wonderful way to see Ronda and two of the White Villages! Carlos was fabulous! He was attentive but not pushy! I loved that he gave our group of eight time to see the cities at our own pace. My husband was impressed at how he observed road rules! We had a great experience and highly recommend this tour!

Itinerary
Heading southeast we leave Seville for the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park in the province of Cadiz, where one of the highest rainfall points in the entire Iberian peninsula is located. This area, declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, preserves among its mountains one of the most beautiful forests in Europe, the pinsapar. The pinsapo (Abies pinsapo) is a species of spruce surviving the last ice ages, which takes refuge in the coolest and wettest umbrias of this mountain range, still preserving some forests such as the Sierra del Pinar, in the municipality of Grazalema. Our first destination will be Zahara de la Sierra, where we will make a short stop to walk through its streets, admire the landscapes of the Sierra from its viewpoint, and have, if we wish, a snack before continuing our route.
From Zahara de la Sierra we head towards Setenil de las Bodegas, the impregnable village, as the story goes; in this beautiful place we can admire its houses carved into the rock, enjoy its wines and taste the rich cuisine of Setenil.
The end of this route is the majestic Ronda, of Celtic origin, also considered as one of the oldest cities in the West. In Ronda we will walk through the most emblematic places: the Alameda del Tagus, the Bullring and the New Bridge, which separates and divides the city into two parts. We will also have free time to continue visiting, if we wish, some of its monuments, its shopping area, and choose the most suitable place to enjoy a pleasant lunch in the many bars and restaurants that it offers.

We had a great day. Southern Spain was beautiful. Rhonda is exceptional. Well worth the visit. Our guide took great care of us. Thanks for the day.
David was a great driver and guide. The stops were very beautiful and we had ample time in each place to explore.
I really prefer not to post negative revies: people work hard and if I don't have something good to say, I generally do not post a review. However, there was so many things wrong with this tour, on so many levels, that I feel a review is necessary. First: we were picked up in a nine seat van and sat in the last row. When we were on the road, heading to our first stop over an hour from Sevilla, our tour guide attempted to talk to us and give us background. But, being in the last row, we hardly heard a word she said. Yes, some of it was road noise, but most of it was she was just not loud enough. This tour company needs to invest in a microphone system of some kind so that people on the tour can hear what the guide is saying. Second, and more importantly. Our guide had a cold and coughed constantly. At one point my wife whispered to me "should I offer her a mask?" Although it cannot be proven, a few days after the tour my wife and I both came down with colds. A total of four hours were spent in a van, with closed windows, with a person with a loud cough. Not a good look, for sure. The tour itself was only fair. The first town, Zahara, was the highlight, just a beautiful spot. We were there early on a Sunday morning. By the time we got to Ronda, it was crowded. The third town Sentinel, was disappointing, although interesting and beautiful, it was essentially two streets lined with restaurants and tourist spots. In all three places however, we felt we were just taken to the towns and left on our own. No problem with that if we traveling on our own, that would have been fine. But we were paying for a guided tour and don't feel that was what we got. My wife and I have been on many, many (many) tours in Europe. Sorry to say, this may have been the worst.
This was a very well-organized day trip for independent travelers. Our driver, Nacho, was very gracious. We were dropped in each town to explore on our own. I especially liked that Nacho sent us all a text with the links and Google Maps for all the things to see in Ronda, which is an amazingly beautiful city! We had some logistics to deal with because we were meeting another driver in Ronda to bring us to our next destination, not back to Seville. And Nacho made sure everything went smoothly. Totally recommend this trip. It was just as described and just what we wanted.
We had an awesome experience touring the White Villages and Ronda! I can't recommend this tour enough. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about this history of the area all the from Seville and into the mountains. We loved hearing her stories and getting to know her on a more personal level.
Great day trip. Our guide David was very professional and made us feel very safe. We saw so many beautiful sites. A definite must do if you have the time.
This was a very nice trip. Our guide Nacho could show us the best places and could tell us a lot, with passion for his country.
Beautiful places, but along drive to get there. It was worth the time on the van, the scenery along the route was very pretty.
Beautiful places and guide chatty, informative and relaxed
Laura was absolutely fantastic! We had such a lovely day on the White Villages and Ronda tour. She was incredibly warm, friendly and engaging from the moment we met her, as well as being a very knowledgeable guide and driver. There were only eight of us on the tour, which made it feel really relaxed and personal, and the vehicle was very comfortable throughout the day. Laura was great company, shared so much interesting information along the way and really added to the whole experience. A brilliant day and a huge thank you to Laura - we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly recommended!
Surprisingly, I found out it was a very small group with our guide and driver, Roman. It was really cool since the smaller the group, the better the experience. Our guide, Roman, is very knowledgeable and experienced, providing us with the best possible experience. I strongly recommend this tour.
This is a must see tour! We learned so much about the history of the region from our amazing tour guide Roman, and the towns/countryside were stunning. 10/10 experience
5/5 Stars – Outstanding guide! Laura was an incredible guide! She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the White Towns and shared great insider tips on the best ways to explore the sites. She was extremely accommodating, friendly, and made the whole experience effortless. Highly recommended!
The driver was courteous but not informative. We were under the impression that the driver was also a guide. He was not. He answered questions but was not knowledgeable or forthcoming with information. The van was very uncomfortable for 8 people and it was difficult to hear the driver in the back of the van or when we were walking. The first stop at Zahara de Sierra was unnecessary because the town had been taken over by a film crew and we had a very difficult time finding food and a restroom. We had to find breakfast at a grocery store and the bathroom was not even equipped with toilet paper. This part should have been canceled. Ronda and Sentinel were fine. Overall, this was way too much money for a ride to these cities. Our driver was David.
We had a fantastic experience. The three towns were beautiful, charming and very interesting. Carlos, our guide and driver was the best. He was very patient, even when he had to handle a very difficult passenger; he was accommodating, very knowledgeable, and did not rush us. Kudos to Carlos
Guide Carlos well informed and flexible
Ramon was an amazing guide very kind and understanding as we were travelling with a toddler he was also very knowledgeable
Roman was a very good guide and driver. He had so much information to share. I loved this tour because we were given so much information and then given our own time at each stop. We had researched what we wanted to see at each town and Roman clarified for us and added tips that made it great. Small group of 8 in a van was comfortable. I would do another tour with Roman anytime!
I love Ronda, I had been there once before on a larger group tour and when I took my daughter to Seville for a birthday gift, I wanted to show her this beautiful city perched on a cliff, therefore I booked this particular excursion. The good aspect of it was there was a pick up very close to our hotel, within a 4 to 5 minute walk, and easy to find, the driver was personable, and it was transportation to Ronda. The negative parts were that there were nine of us including the driver in a van, so it was crowded. It was extremely hard to hear what the driver said, he had no microphone, and his accent was strong enough that it took some time first of all to decipher what he was telling us, if we could hear it, and then make sense of it. So I always felt I was two or three sentences behind, plus I missed half because I couldn't hear him. We stopped at a hotel about an hour into the journey for a bathroom break and to get coffee. That was OK. We stopped outside another of the White cities but were not allowed to walk down into the town because they were filming a movie there. Our next white city stop in Sentinel, was ok. we had about 90 minutes to explore on our own but we had really no guidance except for the guide pointing in a particular direction and saying about 100 m away was a lookout point, but this direction did not take into account that there were forks in the road, so which one do you take??!! finally we hit Ronda. The guy did not even get out of the van to show us anything. He let us off at a particular spot, pointed down the street where the bull ring was and that was the extent of it. Very disappointing. One of the things I had understood him to say was that he was going to provide us with an audio guide, the implication was he would send us a link to our email that would help us get around. But in the end he said he was the audio guide. But he didn't guide. I had been to Ronda before so I had a sense of where to go, but we used ChatGPT to get recommendations and then directions to attractions. Ultimately this excursion seemed mostly to be transportation but to call it a guided tour is a stretch. Finally, of his own accord, the guide extended our time in Ronda from 2 to 3 hours. This was distressing because we had another engagement that evening back in Seville, therefore the extension of time, made us late for our evening commitment. I highly recommend Ronda as a destination, it's beautiful, but perhaps a different excursion.
We enjoyed our trip to the white villages and Ronda. The scenery through the mountains was beautiful and our guide Francisco pointed out the olive trees, Orange trees, and grape vines along the way. Francisco was a careful driver and offered to take photos of us at all of our stops. The villages were pretty and very interesting. It was a different view of Spain to add to the usual city views. We enjoyed the trip. Thank you Francisco for the treat of coffee and toast along with excellent lunch recommendations and free time in the villages.
Nacho was an incredible tour guide. Was very knowledgeable. All the towns were charming but Ronda was special. I would do ot again.
Great way to see Ronda for a day from Seville! Ronda was great and in terms of seeing everything one day was enough and we had the bonus of seeing two other white villages as well. Our guide Ramon was great, knowledgeable and not too much, thoroughly recommended.
Very nice experience, I really enjoyed that the guide was amazing, gave really good advices/recommendations and most importantly, that we could explore the three towns in our own and in our own pace. I highly recommend this tour to the beautiful towns in Andalucia
The countryside you will see traveling to Ronda and the White Villages is absolutely stunning and unexpected. You will love the entire day.
This was a very good tour and we enjoyed the experience and had a very knowledgeable and friendly guide/driver (Laura). The only negative was the small van (9 people squashed into a 9 seater) so we were unable to sit together the whole day.
First stop was small white village. Not much was open so felt this was a waste of time. Tour was too short in Ronda. Felt rushed and couldn’t explore the city more. Guide had a heavy accent so difficult to understand. When sitting in back of van could not hear driver at all. At end of trip was dropped off 20 min from hotel had to walk back to hotel.
Great tour, saw very unique sites. Our guide was very knowledgable about the history of the areas and helpful with recommendations on where to eat and visit. We greatly appreciated her service.
Visit is well organised with good content. Unfortunately seriously marred by dangerous driving by tour guide. Sped through a red light, and drove at speeds around 150-155 km hour at times. Other times often 40km/hr over speed limit.
Fabulous way to see the countryside and visit places further from the city centre in the comfort of an air conditioned vehicle
Brilliant day out! Highly recommend it!
We were joined by 4 others to make up a group of 6 in a comfortable mini-bus. Nacho was our driver & guide, and was both fun and informative. He patiently explained everything in Spanish and English for the different group members, and made it all come alive with his personal experiences and recommendations. We visited Zahara first where there was an option for a coffee & snack, and/or a wander around the various viewpoints. Second stop was Ronda where we decided to visit the Arab Baths and a long walk looping up and around through the old town and finished with a view over the Bull Ring. Nacho accompanied us all for the first 15 minutes to ensure we had our bearings. We finished with a soup at Sentinel….we could have done with more of an orientation here. Don’t miss the opportunity to see inside a real house if one of the residents is opening up for a Euro. Nacho was the perfect host and guide, and his WhatsApp information during the day was the icing on the cake. And all the guests were perfectly punctual at all meetings points, and we enjoyed getting to know them.
Great tour that allows you to see multiple towns in one day. Our driver Carlos was fantastic. The group was enjoyable. Would recommend.
Laura was a truly wonderful guide and such a lovely person. We had a wonderful day, made far better by Laura. If we could make one observation of the itinerary (the other family on the tour also said the same), the time at Setenil de las Bodegas should either be reduced or increased. Whilst it is absolutely worth a visit, one hour is too long if you want to see the cave buildings and get a drink - you just end up sitting around waiting to be picked up, but its too short to get a meal and make the most of the pretty unique area.
It was an unforgettable journey. Thanks to our guide who provided us with many information about the country and the visited places.
Super friendly and educational trip! I can truly recommend Roman as the best tour guide. I was listening with great curiosity to all the stories about the history and culture of the region. We also had enough time to explore the places along the way!
We highly recommend this tour! Our guide, Roman, was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. He spoke perfect French and very good English. There were only eight people in our group, which we really appreciated, as the smaller group made the experience much more enjoyable and personal. We were picked up and dropped off at Hotel Derby, which was very convenient and close to where we were staying. The villages were absolutely beautiful, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend this tour!
Had a really wonderful trip. Román was a fantastic guide. You can tell he loves what he does, which makes him a passionate and engaging spokesperson. Extremely knowledgeable about everything from the history and geography to the gastronomy of the area - and gave great suggestions on how to spend our time and where to eat, etc. Any trip with him will be a delight, I assure you. Ronda and Zahara de la Sierra were beautiful and fascinating - I could have spent a whole day at each. Setenil de las Bodegas looked pretty. But felt more touristy. Spending an hour there waa more than enough time for me, personally.
Wonderful day. Luis is very knowledgable and friendly. Well organised and good communication.
We had a terrific experience. The guide was wonderful. We stopped for churros and chocolate on the way. He was very nice and went out of his way to make our experience a 10 out of a 10.
We had a fantastic time on this day trip! Our guide was very helpful in explaining all about Seville, Ronda, and the White Villages we visited, and kept the experience flexible, pleasant, and fun for all! The trip took most of the day but we were back in time for dinner. It was really nice to be able to see Ronda and some other villages all in one go; it would have been difficult to do on my own unless I had a car. Our guide provided a helpful balance of advice and freedom - lots of good suggestions for what we should explore but we had the freedom to wander as we pleased until we met back up with the group at the designated time and place. Would love to come back and spend more time in all of these places; this is a good introduction so you can see a lot in one day.
It was a wonderful day with our excellent guide Roman. He was delightful, and knowledgeable and navigated us well. We saw incredibly beautiful scenery and exquisite towns. He was an amazing guide
This tour was amazing! Our guides Carlos and Claudia were so kind, informative, and FUN! They provided lots of good information while ensuring every member of the group had a wonderful experience. I cannot recommend this tour with these guides enough. Absolutely fantastic!
Excellent guide and tour with Roman and 6 travelers in a microbus to Ronda, Setenil and Zahara. Our guide was a great communicator and had so much interesting information to share about Spain and the region of Ronda. Most of the guiding was done on the bus as he didn’t really follow us into the towns to explain things to us, do if you're expecting a walking tour with guide, that was not provided. Otherwise great tour.
Roman has an extraordinary grasp of the history and geography of the area. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Returned yesterday from an enjoyable trip to 2 White villages and Ronda. Carlos is a very friendly and knowledgable guide driving a new vehicle and is a safe driver. Really enoyed it.
Great day spent visiting 2 white villages and Ronda. Small group , comfortable van and a great guide "Roman" . Enough free time in each village. Highly recommend it .
It was more than I expected. The mini van was comfortable and new and the driver/tour guide was the nicest man. So well spoken and knowledgeable He explained the history so well and brought things to our attention that I was not aware of. We really did have a wonderful history lesson 😍
This was a really good tour and our driver Carlos was both professional and friendly in equal measure. Carlos was always accommodating to everyone's needs and requests and made the day very enjoyable. The three places chosen were all interesting and photogenic. There was only one small criticism really and that was only that we wished we could have had more time in Ronda, but other than that it was all great and we would thoroughly recommend. Top marks Carlos!
We had a lovely day exploring Ronda & two of the white villages - Zahara and Setinel de Bodegas. Both villages were well worth going to see. Our guide Roman, was very knowledgeable, a sensible driver & a very nice person. Would recommend.
