Great experience and good value by booking the three together. Would definitely recommend. Great way to get to know the city.
As an independent tourist going to Seville for the first time I doubt I will return. We booked a hotel out of the centre (AC Forum - I’ll write a separate review on the hotel) knowing that we would have to get into the city daily but also knowing public transport in Spain is very good. How wrong we were, Tussam (the local bus operator) has changed all the bus routes and neither the hotel or google maps are aware of this. Consequently, every journey was a nightmare taking us part way to where we wanted to go then deviating off away from our intended destination or changing the route to move the stops used by a specific bus route do we end up having to walk miles to find a bus stop that will take us where we wanted to go. And to add insult to injury all the information at the bus stops is only in Spanish and expects a good knowledge of the city - even google translate can’t work it out!!! All told Seville could be the most fantastic place but the shambles of a bus network removes any good points to the city. If you plan on visiting Seville think twice if you plan on using public transport.
Worth the time and money spent for this tour. You will love it! Somewhat strenuous activities for walking with steps and hills.
The city of Seville was amazing. We booked the bus tour, walking tours and boat tour. We checked in at the designated site with our Viator voucher. We received 6 additional QR codes on a single print out. My wife and I boarded the bus with no issues. The Hop on Hop off tour was typical as other cities. Buses were timed well, clean and the audio commentary was very good. However, with the exception of stop one, the other stops are NOT marked with any signs or company logos as in other cities. I was difficult locating the designated stops as there are often multiple bus zones that are shared with public buses. Be sure to place a marker on your phone mapping app. Walking tours, the brochure designated two spots and timings. The meeting points locations were very broad in the description. We could not locate the tours. We observed many other walking tours but not ours. We paid for these tours but did not use them. Next time we will not book with Viator. We will book on site. Boat tour was very good and offers a great perspective from the water. The tours run every hour and last about one hour. We had a very frustrating issue with our tickets issued by this operator earlier in the day. The QR codes we were given for the boat tour were NOT valid. We had to go back to the operator that issued the codes. They advised in poor English that they ARE valid. Returning back to the boat staff, they scanned them again, NOT Valid. The staff then referred us to their company ticket office. They issued new QR codes. We then returned to the boat staff, tickets were VALID! However, the boat was now full. We had to wait for the next tour. Highly recommend not booking in advance with Viator. Just show up and book directly with the operator. We have never had a problem with Viator in many other cities. It just did not work with this operator.
A good way to familiarise yourself with this lovely city. Enjoyed the bud, the boat and one of the walking tours (Triana )
Very good bus route, Informative, Professional service
Very good tour on foot in the city center of Seville, Belen is great, very good guide that explains history as well as legends, I recommend it for sure! Grazie Belen, bravissima!
If you have only one day in Sevilla, do this. The walking tour was meh, but the value for all three activities together was solid.
So glad we did this. The bus takes you around all of the highlights of Seville with a guided commentary, so you see things and learn things that you otherwise wouldn't. Includes a boat trip, which was lovely. We didn't have time to do the walking tours. Really good value. Cheaper to buy online than to buy when you get there. The bus ticket is valid over 2 days. You have 5 days to do all of it. Thoroughly recommend this.
The boat trip on a Sunday was busy and was a great overview of Seville from the river. As part of the ticket, which we booked online and saved €3 per person, we noticed that 2 free walking tours were included as well. We would like to congratulate Belen on her very entertaining and informative tour of the Seville Towers and Jewish Quarter, switching between 2 different languages!
The bus stops are not signed nor marked at all in some cases. We wasted so much time trying to find a bus stop to start our experience on a very hot day. The canned commentary was adequate but the timing was off at times. Would not recommend.
It was very hot in Seville and the bus had no air conditioning. The busses only run every 30 minutes. On a hot day that is a long time. For half the trip it was standing room only. On a cooler day things might have been better.
My friend and I bought the tickets for a 1h cruise on the river, we were delighted when the guide told us that in the price ( €20/pp ) were included also 2 walking tours , one of Santa Cruz and the other of Triana. Cruise and tours can be done any day, not necessarily all the same day. Our guide Claudio was amazing! Friendly and very knowledgeable. Did the tours in both english and spanish. He also had great recommendations for bars and restaurants. 100% reccomended. Well worth your money and time.
Francesca, in particular, was extremely helpful, with excellent English, and I assume her Spanish is fluent, which is impressive as she comes from Southern Italy. She suggested restaurants to visit and helped us plan our trips. We benefited from doing the day and night bus tours, which have commentary via headsets in different languages in individual channels. The boat tour commentary is in Spanish, English, French Italian and German, so, for example German speakers may be hearing descriptions of something which is now behind the boat. The walking tours were in Spanish and English, and informative and entertaining. They took us to places we would not have found by wandering around.
Highly recommended. The bus tour was very informative and we were able to hop on and hop off which we did several times. The atmosphere and information on the evening tour was different to the daytime tour so it is worth taking both. There were timetables near each stop and I took a photo for reference but the heavy traffic and roadworks mean there might be slight variations but you can enjoy the sights at each stop. We thoroughly enjoyed the two walking tours and our guides Belen and Miguel were very friendly, helpful and informative with an added twist of humour. Federica was also very helpful when we asked for help and advice at one of the bus stops. We also took advantage of some of the complimentary drinks that were advertised. The boat trip was also great so the whole package was good value and gave a good foundation to a wonderful stay in a beautiful city.
We walked around with Belen in the rain and, despite the weather, she was enthusiastic, informative and eager to answer any questions anyone had. We learned a lot about the history of Santa Cruz.
Maria was a great guide ! Beautiful expérience in the City of Sevilla with its monuments and history! You should definitely try it!
We visited Seville for 5 days in May and took the boat tour with Intursafe on the Guardalquivir which included two walking tours covering Triana and The Santa Cruz district. All three activities were very enjoyable and informative. Claudio, our guide for both walking tours, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the city. We were well looked after from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this to other travellers.
Our Fantastic guide Alessandro made the tours great Knowledgable & funny. Would definitely recommend
We did two walking tours with Alex, and they were both brilliant. His English is excellent and he was extremely knowledgeable, funny and passionate about his city, which he clearly loves We would definitely recommend going on one of his tours. We found him through the hop on/hop off bus Sevirama
I went with my husband and a couple who are friends. We did the walking tours, the Triana one and the Santa Cruz one, with BELEN as a guide. I must congratulate her for being a very competent guide, with spectacular pedagogy, since she made the tours a very nice experience, making it very enjoyable, taking into account that there was a very diverse audience (both children and adults). I recommend her 100% Andrea. Uruguay
The tour of the Santa Cruz neighborhood and the flamenco one were very interesting to us. Well explained, enjoyable and interesting facts
The cruise is interesting, but the guided walking tours are extraordinary, Belén is very enjoyable and knows the topics she covers very well.
I did the Triana and Barrio de Santa Cruz tours with Claudio, the Spanish guide from Intursafe in Seville. He is a native Spanish speaker but also speaks English very well. Very good!
Gave to know tourist sights of the city
As I am a hotelier and value it very much I would say to BELEN that very good service and attention.a charm and very well explained everything .thanks very much.
The walking tour of Triana with Bethlehem and Sergio was highly recommended, they make you participate and are very much watching everyone, you could see the knowledge about everything that counted and Bethlehem lives it intensely, Sergio very nice
Very bad times forced change inaccessible parts of the route a guide that would be more understandable written in braille
This Pilar Bridge 2025 we have been in SEVILLE and enjoyed an Adventure pack of TOURIST BUS SEVIRAMA - ALSA (Bus Green), cruise along the Guadalquivir and 2 walking tours (Barrio Santa Cruz and Triana) offered by INTURSAFE. The local guide, Michelangelo, is great: very friendly, friendly and professional, as well as knowledgeable about the history of the city. Apart from the tourist bus, excursions and cruise this pack offers many free products and services, such as bottle of water, glass wine or beer, half an hour of bicycle... FULLY RECOMMENDED.
Bethlehem is an exceptional guide. He wants everyone to participate and keeps you hooked on his explanations. Very cheerful and jovial, and pending at all times of his listeners, if we were well by the heat. It gives you a magnificent view of the city. Congratulations on your work, Bethlehem! Applause for you. Dalia and Julio
The explanations on the bus ride were historically highly superficial and meaningless, the reception at Torre del Oro unfriendly, for the “free water” at INTURSAFE we almost had to argue. We didn't feel we were customers, rather condescending petitioners.
Two excellent walking tours (Santa Cruz and Triana) included in the Tourist Bus. Bethlehem, the guide, super friendly, excellent, great! A crack!!
Yeah, good! We enjoyed the tour by boat and bus night and day. It allowed us to learn about the history of the city while visiting places we would not have seen in a weekend particularly with the heat. We made several stops it was perfect! However, we did not do the walking tour with the guide because no possibility in French
From Asturias, and first of all, we would like to thank CONSO very much, who was the girl who attended us in the office, and of whom we have a pleasant memory, both for her kindness, and for her sympathy, thanks to her, we made the trip by boat, such as the walking tours, Ole, Ole and Ole. (we were on May 23rd in the afternoon ) Likewise, as it could not be otherwise, our thanks to Belen, our guide through the Santa Cruz neighborhood, and our guide, (forgive me, but I do not remember the name ) who gave us a very pleasant and enjoyable time, (including the anecdotes, by the way very instructive ) Thank you very much for everything. Therefore, 100% x 100% recommend, and also, national.
Very interesting and entertaining visits thanks to our guide Claudio. It was very enjoyable and fun. We definitely recommend it
Yesterday with my friend we participated in the one-hour guided tour of the Barrio de Santa Cruz with the guide Raoul. Raoul was very good along all the stages of the journey not only to give us the historical notes but enriching her story with legends. I point out especially the great attention and availability towards my friend who, due to a problem with a leg and forced to use a stick had a little difficulty walking. Thank you Raoul.
The best way to get to know the city. In addition, hand in hand with Raul and Michelangelo, in a pleasant and friendly way, going through and explaining the history of the main monuments. The boat ride, apart from relaxed and rested, goes another vision of the city
Bus tour and cruise on the river Guadalquivir of an unpleasant hour in which the audio-guide is uninformative
2 very dynamic and informative walking tours. I would advise her before going to visit the Cathedral of Seville, the Archives of India and the Alcazar because there are nuggets of history told by the guide Belén.
The only thing worth our experience with sevilla tour was by the walking tour with the company of the guide Claudio through the neighborhood of Santa Cruz. Bad experience with the bus driver, to be more exact on the 10th of January on the 8pm route, in very bad ways I wonder where I got off and when I answered that at the same stop where I had gotten on (pararabesones a tourist tour) he answered that if I was bored. Poor forms and unprofessionalism.
We did the 2 guided tours with Miguel Angel and it was a perfect experience. Friendly and knowledgeable Guide. We recommended a place to eat in Triana and it was perfect!. Flemish theatre, boat and bus tour, all with good service. The bikes didn't give us time. In short, very good experience
Take your free tour of Triana and Santa Cruz with my partner and my 7-year-old daughter and we were delighted with our Bethlehem Guide, a participatory and fun visit with very curious information and very good recommendations, Bethlehem we wait for you in Burgos.
We enjoyed using the bus for two days. Comfortable and relaxing. The boat tour was very pleasant, both for the view, and for the comfort and width of the di Netti on the ground floor of the boat. The walking tour, led by Belen, was extremely interesting and fun. Belen is welcoming, prepared, nice and knows how to make the ride interesting and interactive. Recommendation experience. Very comfortable even with children.
My wife, my 15-year-old daughter, and I did the walking tour, both through the Triana neighborhood and the Santa Cruz neighborhood with a fantastic guide named Belén, she was charming, very friendly and professional, she made you participate At all times of what we were seeing, he explained it to us in a very pleasant and pleasant way. The places he recommended to us were a success, the orange wine at Álvaro Perejil and the sirloin with Whiskey at the Triana tavern were delicious. Seville has a lot to see, without a doubt we will return and repeat with intursafe and if possible with Belén.
We are a couple from Gijon and we did the Triana tour with Alejandro, a great guide who made the visit very enjoyable and fun, we loved it.
Very satisfied, Gia Belén was very attentive, pleasant, an explanation of 10, we would repeat, very pleasant
We are a couple from Madrid. The boat ride was very good and an excellent finishing touch in the Santa Cruz neighborhood with our guide, Alejandro. A true box of surprises, with many anecdotes and legends of Seville.
We have done the tour with Alejandro, my name is Alejandro and I am from Zaragoza. I liked that it went by very quickly, that he asked us many fun questions and that in the end we went to a slightly hidden square where there was a very pleasant silence.
We are the family from Zaragoza and we have been delighted with Alejandro. The explanation has been enjoyable and fun as well as very entertaining. The hour has passed very quickly and that is something that is appreciated because it has also been very complete due to all the curiosities and historical facts that it has mentioned. Thank you so much
