It can be crowded. And that made it difficult to hear our guide and see the beauty around us. Smaller group would have been better.

The tour was well organized and worth the money spent.

I am hearing impaired. This tour used cheap headsets and I couldn’t hear a thing. We have taken other tours on this trip and I have been able to hear, so it really was the headset. Our guide was lovely, and the staff was accommodating, but it was extremely frustrating to spend 2 1/2 hours on a tour and not to hear the guide. We saw other tours with more sophisticated equipment. These guys are making money, there was no excuse.

Oh my goodness! We had no idea when booking that it would be a couple of hours. This meant that we ended feeling we had learnt so much from our guide Juan. There is a lot you would miss on a self guided tour and this is a shame. This tour is worth every cent but make sure this is all you do on the day as it really works the mind and body. 100% recommend.

It was an awesome experience for me seeing the Basilica and the history behind it. Our tour guide, LARA was exceptional! She even told us where to get some good tapas and the orange Wine! Sabroso!!

After the Palace tour they give you 25 minutes to walk around/go to bathroom and then meet up to go on Cathedral tour. Make sure you are on time because they will leave without you! Two minutes late and they left us. After calling the office they did hook us up with group but we had to run to get up the Giralda tower. Would you recommend this experience? Overall the tour guide was knowledgeable and I would recommend the tour!

This was a really useful 3 hour tour of the 3 places. It is a crowded venue so having tickets for each and a guide was a must. Very informed guide who shared history and unique facts during the tour.

I was contacted only 1 day before our tour stating the Alacazar portion was cancelled. When we showed up the at the advised time there was a lot of confusion from the local guides. We did get to tour the Giralda which was fun and interesting. I was very frustrated to learn the group we were apart of did tour the Alcazar. Im not sure if Crown tours overbooked but was frustrated that a booked 2 hour tour ended being only 45mins.

This was a great experience to learn about the historic sights of Seville. The alcazar and cathedral were both so beautiful - must see if visiting. Note that to enter the cathedral your shoulders have to be covered - they sell shawls at the cathedral itself for about 3euros incase you need.

Our guide Melissa was the best! She was knowledgeable and interesting and her love for the city was contagious. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed every minute of it, we selected the tour in English by mistake, we actually wanted in Spanish because is our native language, but, we couldn’t have done better, Irene, made our tour so pleasant and enjoyable. We will never forget this experience

Our guide Maria was excellent and described the history of the sites and the gardens vividly. I would highly recommend the tour, well worth it.

We enjoyed the tour very much. Maria was a friendly and informative guide who gave us lots of interesting information about the Cathedral and Alcázar palace. It was a bit rushed to get to the top of the Giralda, take your turn for photos and return down all in 20 minutes but we were only just over that although some people took longer. The meeting place coordinates sent out are not exactly where the tour meets and as the area was quite crowded it wasn't that easy to spot the Crown Tour guides across the square. There was good communication with regards to the booking and the company was very quick to respond to messages. We would recommend using Crown Tours for an interesting and educational visit to these attractions.

An excellent tour. Well paced and covers lots of interesting things. Plenty of opportunities for snacks, drinks and toilets too. The Alcazar is stunning. Our guide Alejandro (Alex) was wonderful - he was so knowledgeable and engaging.

I had booked for 9.30 am instead local tour company crown tour changed time 2.30 pm. I was in a tour and I had to miss tour activities

Our guide was a teacher and a historian with a wealth of knowledge about Seville. She mixed her knowledge with a sense of humor which made the experience so enjoyable. Loved it!

Melissa was our guide and she was incredibly knowledgeable and so very FUN! Her energy, and good juju made the experience even better… Both places were packed but she navigated everything with ease and made the entire experience that much more enjoyable. I was upset that the tour time changed about a week before. It started at 12:30 instead of 10am — however, they let everyone know well in advance of the time change. I’m glad I didn’t cancel because this was worth it and Melissa took the tour to the next level.

The Royal Alcazar came alive as we walked through the inside listening to Melissa explaining in detail everything we were seeing. The Mudejar architecture was beautiful and the gentle bringing together of the Renaissance architecture was lovely to see. Melissa kept us engaged throughout the 2 plus hour tour of this and the gorgeous Cathedral…gothic architecture. Thanks Melissa for making our tour an immersive experience!!

We were lucky enough to be escorted by local tour guide Melissa who was funny, informative and so full of energy-probably one of the best tour guides we have ever experienced. The Royal Alcazar was spectacular and beautiful. The Cathedral was huge and stunning - containing the tomb of Christopher Columbus who delivered so much to Spain

The guide, Guadalupe, was the best guide we have experienced in many tours we have had. Her knowledge of history and pride in her city of Sevilla are outstanding. She also activated all our senses including our sense of smell by giving us strips infused with the smell of azahar and bitter orange to amplify our experience.

Sara was an amazing guide and was very engaging. Got to say it was nice to walk past all the long queues . I would have preferred we visited the cathedral first as I would have liked to wander through the gardens !
