This experience was one of the highlights of my time in Sevilla. The chef was personable and shared so many interesting stories and tips for making Paella. The event space worked well for the demonstration and the rooftop dining allowed for a beautiful view of the city. The food and drinks were exquisite!

The chef, Maria, was fabulous! Knowledgeable and friendly, she was delightful!

Teacher was very knowledgeable and engaging. She encouraged questions and gave a lot of information about the ingredients and where to find them.

Unfortunately, our paella cooking experience in Seville was quite disappointing. The paella was served cold, and the rice was severely undercooked — not even al dente, but actually hard. This made the meal very unpleasant and far below our expectations. When we brought this to the chef’s attention, she didn’t even apologize. Her reaction gave us the impression that she already knew she had served us food of such poor quality. Instead of offering a genuine apology, she brought us a drink that was practically undrinkable, which only made the situation worse. We were really looking forward to an enjoyable and authentic cooking experience, but both the quality of the food and the way our complaint was handled left us very disappointed. Unfortunately, it was an unpleasant experience that we would not recommend.

Everything was wonderful! Actually like a private class, which made it more enjoyable and interesting! I got to ask more questions, and get a very detailed explanation. Food was delicious, view breathtaking, and Cheft very knowledgeable! Thank you so much!

The demonstration and the chef were excellent. The rice and shrimp were under cooked. There were 7 people at the event. All agreed the shrimp and rice were under cooked and most only ate a few fork full of their rice. Several of the smaller shrimp were barely done, many were still raw. The large prawn was still raw. The show was good, the food was not edible.

Our chef Maria was very knowledgeable in Spanish cuisine. She shared tips for cooking the paella. The wines presented for the tasting were fabulous. A true great selection. The rooftop dinner was fantastic.

The experience was average. It is made out to sound a lot better than it actually is. It is very basic and although the experience lists unlimited drinks, this is not the case. When we asked for a drink to have with our meal, we were told that they are only available during the cooking show however we were never offered a drink during the show. It also felt rushed and that the host had a lot on their plate doing multiple experiences at the same time. We are still waiting on the recipe we were promised. Probably won’t book again.

We went to the Seville La Terraza del Cristina Paella Showcooking with my wife and had the best time! The paella was absolutely amazing, and the sangria was just as good. The views from the rooftop were also incredible and made the whole experience even more special. Our host, Eyrian, was the highlight of the experience. She was so much fun, incredibly friendly, and did a fantastic job explaining the whole paella-making process. It was also a really intimate experience, as there was only one other person with us. We all got along so well and had lots of fun together, which made the experience feel really personal and enjoyable. We couldn’t recommend this experience enough to anyone visiting Seville. Great food, amazing views, and an even better host! 🇪🇸🥘🍷

We had a fantastic time at this experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We were greeted right on time at the meeting point by the chef, who made us feel very welcome. We were then shown to a cosy kitchen workstation, where a selection of olives, cheeses, and cured meats was waiting for us to enjoy while we watched the demonstration. There was just one other couple attending, which made the experience feel relaxed, personal, and interactive. The chef was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining each step of the paella-making process and sharing the history and traditions behind this iconic Spanish dish. It was both interesting and entertaining. After the demonstration, we enjoyed the freshly cooked paella on a lovely rooftop terrace, accompanied by delicious sangria. It was the perfect way to finish the experience. If you’re looking for an authentic, enjoyable, and memorable food experience, this is definitely worth doing!

Do not book this experience before coming to Seville and seeing the meeting place. We got sent to the wrong location by google maps, by the time we found the meeting point there was no one there and no answer from any of the contact numbers. We were left standing and so we did not get the experience and we have not received any apology and no refund. If you are visiting, the risk of not being at the right place on time is too great. Book something else instead.

Entertaining and informative! We had a great time and the paella, sangria and dessert were excellent. Our chef and his assistant were very easy to understand and made for a great time! The only problem is finding the location. They need a sign of some type so that you at least know that you are in the correct place. Other than no sign we had a great time!!!

We had a wonderful time learning how to make proper authentic paella. The snacks and drinks were lovely too but the paella was the star of the show. There were 5 of us in total and it was a lovely number to really be able to ask as many questions as you wanted. We took our children who loved it too.

So fun, best views and the food was wonderful! Great way to learn how to make Paella and see the city from the roof

Fabulous evening and well worth the price. Fabio was knowledgeable and did a great job demonstrating how to make Paella. Sitting on the roof deck eating our dinner and sipping on sangria was amazing.

A very unique experience that delves in the history of the famous paella dish. Our chef Fabio was very passionate about his job that he enclimates you within mere seconds. His cooking skills and knowledge are amazing. In the end, enjoying your paella out on the terace was amazing, overseeing the Torre del Oro and the Guadalquivir.

The 3-stars for a beautiful rooftop location and at least I learned the recipe. Chef rushed through cooking paella. It was raw when we tasted, should be cooked Al-dente not raw. Did not give us time as promised on website.

Fabio did a wonderful job demonstrating the ins and outs of making paella. Lovely rooftop patio for watching the sunset while eating paella.

Fabio took us through the history of paella and how to cook it, while simultaneously cooking both a seafood and a veggie paella. We then could eat our paella on the terrace outside with lovely views of the city and river, with a glass of sangria. Thoroughly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience. Fabio was very knowledgeable, sharing so much about the history and correct cooking of paella. The final product was delicious, eaten on a rooftop like balcony with beautiful a view of the cathedral. Thank you for the memorable experience.

I was hoping that it would be more interactive. We sat and watched. It was nice that we were served snacks and drinks, but I was hoping that we would do the cooking.

Informative demonstration with enough humour to make the time fly by. Eating the food on the roof terrace was a nice touch, good views across the city.

This was just a lovely experience. Fabio was great! He kept us entertained and made sure that we all were involved and part of it. We were able to learn and participate. Then we got to eat our meal. I would recommend to anyone who loves to learn about different types of food and how to cook them!

Lovely evening learning to cook paella properly whilst enjoying the wine and aperitifs. Very relaxed atmosphere. The paella cooking was very informative and the dinner was great. The sangria was awesome too!! Great view from the roof terrace.

The class was fantastic, held in a wonderful rooftop location with excellent instruction from an engaging and informative chef. The paella was so amazing that it could have won a culinary beauty pageant, and the wine and sangria were so delicious they made our taste buds dance the flamenco. The chef kept us entertained with a demonstration of the many steps involved in making excellent paella, keeping us involved throughout the process. The experience culminated in a delectable meal enjoyed on the balcony with fellow participants, who were just as bowled over as we were.

The space was beautiful and comfortable. Our host was informative and provided a really good, honest perspective about the role Paella plays in Spain and the differences between tourist paella and real paella. The food was great, the service was great. The views from the balcony are indescribable. 100% recommend this.

What a great experience! It is a demo kitchen run by an experience company( not a random chefs house) Fabio explained the whole delicate process of making paella the right way!! Afterwards you go out onto the roof and enjoy the beautiful view with a glass of sangria and of course the DELICIOUS paella!!!

Entertaining demonstration of the many steps involved in making excellent Paella. Chef kept us involved throughout the demonstration culminating with the a delectable meal with the group participants.

We had a very informative presentation on the making of paella. It was a very small group of eight people which provided an intimate setting. We met some lovely people to dine with and the food and the views were great.

We got detail instructions on how to make a great paella. We met some great people from around the world. We had a supper of seafood paella that tasted great and wine and sangria. We watched and ate appetizers while the chef prepared the paella. The view from the top was also great.

Our chef was fun while giving us details on making Paella. He involved many of us in his teaching. He was open to many questions & patient.

We went along and were greeted by the chef and taken into the venue. There was a great crowd present and from all over the world. We were given cheese and meat plus wine whilst we watched the cooking. The chef was fantastic and he not only showed us how to cook the dish but gave us the history behind it. Straight forward step by step interactive presentation. He made it look so simple. Then a glass of Sangria on the fantastic balcony overlooking the city and the river beyond. At this point you then have a large portion of the paella that he cooked. Stunning is an understatement this was a great way to spend the early evening and I thoroughly recommend trying this experience

This is a multi-sensory experience that checks off all the boxes. Learn: everything I did not know about paella Experience: small and personal class size Fellowship: chef/host started by introducing himself (surprisingly, not many tour guides do this well), and bonus, had us introduce each other (by the end of the evening, it was like time spent with good friends) Drinks: included, which helped with kicking off the fellowshipping !! Food: starters and of course, the paella, cooked by the chef and not my disaster, but now inspired to try at home Terrace view: icing on the cake - panorama of the city, Cathedral, and river, all enjoyed during dinner at the end of the event. Lots of photo opportunities before departure. In summary, a top tier and high value experience. A trip to Seville is incomplete without this.

A fantastic experience! We were a small group and while the lovely Chef demonstrated on how to make a paella, we were treated to drinks and nibbles. Very entertaining experience and you get to enjoy the amazing food on the rooftop afterwards. Great value for money too. Thank you!

Great host, welcomed us with drinks & tapas snacks upon arrival. We were a small group of around 10 from Australia, USA, Brazil & England. Our Chef was brilliant, explaining each step & interacting throughout the demonstration. Wine, Beer & soft drinks were kept topped up. At the end of the demo the freshly cooked Paella is served alongside a refreshing Sangria. The Paella was perfect - the recipe is emailed to you afterwards. Great food, good company & a nice the rooftop setting Highly recommend 👌

Unique experience learning the secrets behind preparing an authentic Spanish dish!! After we watched the fish being made we got to enjoy it on a rooftop terrace over looking Seville.
