Great food and generous helpings. Maria and Lidia were friendly and entertaining. I highly recommend this activity.

Absolutely phenomenal, Ana and Neo were amazing , honestly had the best experience ever making Paella!!! Such an amazing class presented by the professionals. Highly recommend it. DO NOT MISS OUT!!!
Fantastic experience, first class I could not rate it high enough.
Fantastic experience. Real cooking. We got recipes. Small group. Highly recommend.
We highly recommend this thoroughly enjoyable class! Ana and Tony were absolutely skilled, welcoming and engaging! We had so much fun cooking and chatting with everyone and Ana and Tony set the friendly vibe that made it like an evening with friends. The recipes were a great learning experience and the food was delicious-some of the best we had in Sevilla and Spain! Thank you Ana and Tony!
Ana and bellen were fantastic! We had a great time and the food was incredible!!!
This tour and cooking class was the highlight of our Spanish adventure. We had a group of 5 couples and we all felt that way. Everything about it was exceptional....1 Lily gave us an informative, entertaining tour or the market and then she and Leo directed our cooking class. They were great instructors - so funny! The food was amazing.
Perfect evening with an amazing chef who taught us how to make Paella, Sangria and Gazpacho and made sure we were hands on. The view from his rooftop was indescribable as were the people we met
This was a wonderful experience. My partner and I both truly enjoyed it, loved the food, and learned a lot. The whole class was laughing and interacting. Great people. Lots of fun!
Maria and Noe were wonderful hosts and ensured that our cooking class was both good fun and very informative. We learnt a great deal and thoroughly enjoyed the food we cooked
My partner and I had a wonderful experience! We had Ana and Noe as instructors and both were amazing! We learned so much about Spanish cuisine and made some incredible tasting food. The class was hands-on and a great way to experience Spain
This was absolutely fantastic. The instructors were so fun, we learned a lot, and went home with some great recipes. I especially appreciated when Dom encouraged my husband to take pictures of my participation, he otherwise gets caught up in the moment and we walk away without pictures or videos at all. Overall, the best night we spent in Seville for sure!
I had a great evening hosted by chef Maria & assistant Gaia. I was on my own but soon enjoyed preparing the delicious; Salmorejo/Gazpacho · Spinach with Chickpeas Paella Valenciana with the friendly group while enjoying Sangria. The location in the old Mercado de Triana has a great atmosphere. Overall it is a must do experience while visiting Sevilla.
Overall such a great experience since w made gazpacho and spinach w garbanzo and paella Valencia and drank sangria Ending with a lite sorbet lemon cava dessert This was our last dinner in Seville and we couldn’t ask for more Thx to the chef Dom and his assistant Noa
One of the highlights of my trip to Seville. Great experience , with the lovely Leo & Clara who took good care of us. It was interesting to visit the market with Clara before we commenced , to understand the produce used . Leo led the class & was great to watch & practice techniques & show us how the recipes were cooked authentically. Loved meeting people from around the world too , sharing the experience and the delicious food & sangria ! Thank you for a wonderful time. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
★★★★★ A Fantastic Cooking Experience in Seville! What a fantastic evening at Taller Andaluz de Cocina! Maria and Lydia were absolutely wonderful—warm, personable, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely fun to spend the evening with. They made everyone feel welcome and involved, regardless of our cooking experience. We learned to prepare Sangría, Salmorejo/Gazpacho, Spinach with Chickpeas, Paella Valenciana, and for dessert - Sorbet, and every dish was incredibly flavorful, delicious, and beautiful to look at. The hands-on format made the experience so much more than simply watching a cooking demonstration—we actually learned techniques and tips that we can take home and use ourselves. One thing that really stood out was how much we learned about Spanish food and cooking traditions along the way. The class was relaxed, entertaining, and educational, and Maria and Lydia did an excellent job of keeping everyone engaged while making the whole experience feel effortless. The reviews we read before booking clearly weren't exaggerating—this really is a five-star experience. We laughed, learned, cooked, ate extremely well, and had a wonderful evening that will be one of the highlights of our time in Seville. If you're visiting Seville, definitely put Taller Andaluz de Cocina on your list. It is absolutely worth experiencing, and if you're lucky enough to have Maria and Lydia as your instructors, you're in for a real treat! Five stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What a great experience! Have never done anything like it before but we loved it. Our hosts Gaia & Anna were great! The ingredients were top quality and the step by step cooking was easy to follow. The meals were all absolutely delicious! So full of flavour and tasty! Washed down with a glass of sangria and 2 wines. An evening well spent and great value for money.
This experience was absolutely fantastic - in all aspects. Very reasonably price. Warm welcome, clean facilities, excellent menu and interaction in cooking the dishes. Dom and Belen we tremendous hosts. Dom set the tone nicely, allowing us to assist/help making the meal, and it was done in a learning fashion so we can (hopefully) replicate the dishes back home.
Our experience leaning about paella was fantastic! Maria and Carmen were the best hosts. We fully recommend this class when in Sevilla!
Had an amazing experience making some delicious food with very friendly staff and in a clean and and social environment. 10/10 would come back again.
One of the best parts of our trip. The venue was in a Food Market so they walked us around the building and visited the food vendors and taught us about the importance of good ingredients and what to look for. The Chef Teachers were brilliant, fun and informative. EXCELLENT!
Wish we could give more than 5 stars! The cooking class was equal parts informative and fun. Maria explained all the steps thoroughly and made sure to involve us the whole time. This was such a special part of our trip and would highly recommend! The food was delicious and exceeded expectations!
We had a wonderful evening at the cooking class with Diana and Carmen. They were both so generous and patient with everyone and provided great instructions and opportunities for everyone to participate that wanted to. And of course the food and drink was excellent!
Fantastic evening , lots of participation with cooking , great atmosphere , I would not hesitate to do it again
Fab hosts Leo and Carmen, delicious food made.
Maria and Lydia were both very personable and made us feel so welcome. We met some great people, learned new spanish food facts and cooking techniques. The food we made was fresh, easy to make and tasty!
Such a great and enjoyable experience! We didn't know what to expect, but both the chef and her assistant were fantastic. Highly recommend this experience!
We had the most fantastic cooking experience with Diana and Lydia. They were fantastic hosts and teachers, who taught us so much about how to prepare traditional Spanish dishes. We were nervous as we had never taken a cooking class before, but were quickly put at ease thanks to the approach of Diana and Lydia. It was such a fun and easy experience. Everything tasted amazing and we are so excited to try making all the recipes at home at the end of our holiday. It was so lovely to meet and cook with people from other countries during this experience too. Such a highlight of our trip to Seville and Spain. Thanks so much!
Our cooking class in Seville was fantastic! Our teachers were well prepared and so much fun. We learned how to make several Spanish foods and as a bonus…enjoyed traditional Spanish beverages I would highly recommend booking this class
We had a wonderful experience with Chef David. The recipes were easy and delicious and we learned a lot. Highly recommend
Staff was very nice and we all learned something, even the more experienced cooks in our group.
The evening overall was ok. We felt that we we're a little bit misled with the cooking class. We didn't know it was going to be a total group participation we thought it would be 2-4 people per station and that we would all individually be making the food. The food choice was also okay... I would have preferred more of a variety. And also the quality of drinks we're not very good. The wine was a very inexpensive one and didn't taste good! I think overall it wasn't what we expected. Having done a similar class in Madrid I guess we had a very high expectations. I did appreciate that they were able to accommodate my celiac allergy and another person in the group was a vegetarian and they were able to accept her allergy as well. I don't feel it was good value for the price unfortunately.
A very well run course with a good amount of participation and instruction. All the food cooked was really good and as one of our group had an allergy this was handled with no issues. Both the quality and quantity of food and drink were right for a nice evening out.
Excellent. Very good teacher. Very patient. Made the class fun. Enjoyable. The Triana market tour was very interesting.
This Spanish cooking class was very fun. The instructors were outstanding, and the food was delicious! I would highly recommend this class.
A wonderful way to pass an evening. Daniel was so informative and showed the group many new skills to use in the kitchen. The group I was with were very welcoming too.
Anna and Miguel taught our class and they were fabulous! We learned so much about making paella and how easy it is to make gazpacho! Met some lovely people from England, Carole and Emma!
Carlo and his sous chef made our cooking class so much fun! The experience and making our delicious dinner was very memorable. The food was great and we all got a chance to participate.
It was AMAZING… Don was fabulous and the food was awesome. One of our best experiences. A must to do when in Seville.
A great experience. The chef and her assistant were great. Generous and delicious food and drinks. Well worth doing.
Perfect class to get an introduction to Spanish cooking in a fun, collaborative and immersive environment! The Chef did a great job including everyone and making sure all food sensitivities and allergies were managed with care. Plus, I actually learned a new technique (rather than just a recipe, which is all I usually walk away with from cooking classes). Highly recommended!
My husband and I took this class with our son who is studying abroad in Sevilla. The two instructors were delightful and really fun, and we enjoyed meeting the other travelers in our class. Delicious Spanish soup, sangria and paella. Would absolutely recommend.
Chef David was fantastic! He clearly explained the steps involved in preparing our meal. Everyone had an opportunity to be a chef. We did more prep than I expected and was pleasantly surprised! Very fun!
We really enjoyed the Spanish cooking class. Dom was a fabulous chef, has excellent language skills in various languages and is a brilliant teacher. The group of 12 was mixed age and mixed nationalities, and everyone got stuck in. We made three Sevillan speciality dishes, and also a cocktail and dessert. Highly recommended, a highlight of our trip. Thank you Dom and Miguel!
A fabulous evening with a knowledgeable chef. The food superb and company was fun. I would thoroughly recommend this experience
Easy instructions for novice cooks. Wonderful recipes that you can take home and use in your kitchen. Thank you David and Clara.
Really fun cooking experience and delicious too! We went with our family and everyone enjoyed it very much.
Cooking classes are always a highlight for us, and this was no different! I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. Dom and Miguel were a great team! Both were engaging, funny and the perfect hosts. We started with sangria, which was not the typical sangria you think of (think sugary hangover). They were very accommodating and made a variation, tinto de verano, for those who preferred. Next we made salmorejo, an Andalusian cold tomato soup, but this is no gazpacho! We then made espinacas con garbanzos, an authentic tapa which was delicious. Finally, we made paella. Dom explained the real story behind the dish. We all had an opportunity to participate in the meal prep, and had a great time chatting with our cooking peers. The end of the meal showcased a delicious lemon sorbet with cava. Overall, this was a great experience. It was fun, informative and, having taken other cooking classes, we felt the food quality was outstanding and worth the price. 😊
