Great tour of Sevilla w Clara, learned all kinds of things I never would’ve figured out from guidebooks or online while walking around. Great recommendations on shops, restaurants, etc, to get you going, but everything we did in Sevilla worked out great.

Itinerary
Our meeting point for this experience is the watchtower built over 800 years ago to defend the access of ships to the city.
A very modern monument that represents the different cultures that have called to Seville home and that have been able to coexist for centuries.
The first fixed bridge of Seville, it was built to replace the former floating bridge that connected the city with Triana quarter. This is a very good example to the iron architecture of the 1800's
The traditional market of the neighbourhood will allow us to speak about the importance of the products of the area and how they have contributed to Mediterranean cuisine.
Here we will learn about the importance of the the crafts of the area and their contribution to the arts. Focusing on the ceramic we will also see how some traditional artisan workshops are making out of Triana a relevant location
Getting into the Castle of San Jorge we will explore the only defensive structure of the area and headquarters of the Inquisition. We'll learn about this religious court and its importance in local history.
At this little church we'll learn about one of the most important religious festivities, the Holy Week. Being the site of the most beloved brotherhoods of Triana the chapel is still a mandatory stop for everybody visiting this suburb.
The most important church of Triana and the first one built after the Christian conquest of 1248. A very good example of Mudéjar architecture style that was popularly know as the 'Cathedral of Triana'

Carmen really made the stories and history about the place come alive. Really enjoyed it. Very clear speaking. Really felt I learnt something additional about Seville.
Valentino was amazing. He was very passionate on describing Triana and the surrounding areas. Highly recommend!!
Triana is a vibrant area that is worth visiting. Starting at the Gokden Tower was great because it gave us time for orientation before crossing the bridge into Triana Carmen was a delightful guide who shared her tips for tapas.
Carlos was great on our trip through Triana. Very recommend! Kind and talkative and funny and intelligent!
The guide created a very interesting and informative experience. I am so glad that I did this lovely walking tour.
Antonio was a great guide, very knowledgeable, passionate and open to questions. We felt we learn a lot about Triana and the history of the town and places we visited. Totally recommended, it does absolutely worth it.
Carmen gave us a really interesting tour of the river, Triana Bridge and Triana. The tour was at a nice leisurely pace.
Antonio was terrific! This tour company is fantastic! Look nowhere else.
Barbara was a very lovely person, passionate about her city, its history! We really enjoyed the anecdotes, the stories and the history! Can only recommend!
Small tour group with Marta. She shared lots of information and answered dozens of questions. Returned to Triana the next morning.
Excellent tour which provided a great historical overview of the river and Triana. Our guide Marta was very knowledgeable and informative and presented the information very clearly. Would definitely recommend.
This tour was well worth the time and price. This Guided Small-Group Walking Tour turned out to be private! I was the only tour member who showed up. It was great. Miguel was a very good guide, he is a Spaniard with comprehensive knowledge of Spanish & European history, but also much more than that: He is very up-to-date with current events, and with viewing those through the prism of history. Miguel was warm and friendly and a great conversationalist. I came away from this tour with a good understanding of the history of Seville and its central place in the historical development of Spain as a country. My appreciation of Seville’s cathedrals and government buildings was heightened by observations Miguel shared with me, about their historical origins, and their cultural and political significance. Thank you again, Miguel!
Local company using local guides. Marta from Triana was as enthusiastic as she was knowledgeable about the fascinating history of Sevilla and its sister city Triana across the city. The area on both sides of the Guadalquivir River is flat and easy to navigate on foot. We got tips for dining and entertainment We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and highly recommend it!
It was a great tour with Guille! He was very unformative and the Alcazar of course is beautiful and bustling with historical artifacts.
Carmen was terrific -- friendly, warm, with lots of insider tips on where to eat (and not eat) and where to get ceramics. We took two walking tours with Seville Unique Experiences, one of the Cathedral (with Marta) and one of Triana (with Carmen), and both were superb. Small groups so we could all hear the guide. They both are from Seville (Carmen grew up in Triana), so they know the city firsthand, and both are historians, so their knowledge is deep. They separate fact from fiction and provide insight into small details that give a real sense of the rich tapestry of cultures that have shaped the architecture, the food, the music and dance, and the people of Seville and Triana. Great tour for multiple generations. Highlights were learning about the origins of flamenco, the ceramics makers that used to be in Triana, and the people of Triana. A light, pleasant walk along the river and down cobblestone streets.
I was in luck from the get-go as I was the only participant on the tour with Miguel. 90 minutes full of facts and insights from the old Port of America, to the makeshift bridge separating Triana from Seville, to the floodings, to the gypsy culture, Flamenco and shifts from being professional sailors to professional artists with a touch on Inquisition and the continued influence of the Church too (it was Holy Week after all) added in for more colour. There was also some background into the cleansing-cum-revitalisation done in the 90s and the loss of ceramic factories to the current gentrified Triana which retains much of it cultural and historical beauty, which are sign-posted through tours like this.
Valentin is passionate about Seville and has a depth of historical knowledge. A good introduction to the Triana neighborhood and the river front in the historic area of Seville.
Clara is a very knowledgeable and passionate person. She made our tour so interesting, valuable and fun. This tour looked like a very smooth journey not like other tours with too much information and boring. We highly recommend Clara for such a discovery. Thank you.
Lovely tour with Marta! She’s knowledgeable and truly knows what he’s doing. Good job! Must do while you’re in Seville.
Great tour of the river and Triana neighborhood. Our guide Marta was incredibly knowledgeable and taught us so much! One of the best experiences we had in Seville!
Interesting tour of Triana neighborhood and the area around the river. We had a tour at 6pm and it was the perfect time to watch the beautiful sunset along the river. Our guide Valentin was knowledgeable and engaging and would recommend him and the tour.
Wonderful tour with a very knowledgeable guide. Triana does not have huge monuments but it’s a very interesting area to explore. Highly recommended!
Really interesting and enjoyable walking tour. Our guide Miguel shared loads of interesting info about Seville past and present. We started on the river and talked about how Seville has evolved since the time of the Romans and its historical importance as Spain’s dominant port city. Then we crossed over and explored Triana, its distinct evolution and its local history. It was all fascinating and brought the area to life in a way that would not have been the case if we had just wandered by ourselves. Miguel was a super guide, with a great sense of humour and turn of phrase. We highly recommend this tour to learn about Seville in general and Triana in particular.
Triana was a real surprise and well worth a visit if you're in Seville. Our guide, Carmen, was great and really brought the stories to life. Very interesting and certainly recommended.
Great riverside location with bar to match. Very helpful & polite staff, felt like they really appreciated our custom. Family of five, all starters, mains & drinks were excellent & filling, good value too. Fine dining in a beautiful restaurant & location. A few drinks at the riverside bar afterwards finished off a very enjoyable evening. Excellent all round, looking forward to our next visit.
If Carmen María is leading the tour, I'm on it! She was so super knowledgeable and super fun. Carmen took us to all the best, off the beaten path spots, and had great stories to tell about each one.
We had an excellent tour with our guide Carmen! She did an excellent job explaining the history and importance of the Triana district throughout the history of the city, including some really interesting tidbits of trivia. She provided some really great insights into the city, and made the tour fun and relatable. Would definitely recommend this tour! We also went to a tapas restaurant she recommended during the tour, and it was excellent!
We really enjoyed our tour of Triana with Carmen in the first week of May. Carmen was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide, and we found out lots about the district of Triana. Would really recommend doing a guided tour around this area so you can fully appreciate its rich and interesting history. Without a knowledgeable tour guide like Carmen, this could be overlooked (given there are few traditional ‘monuments’). The tour groups are small so you have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and explore areas of interest. Would 100% recommend!
Carmen our guide was enthusiastic, personable and very knowledgeable about history. She was willing to tailor her comments to our interests as well. We also bought the Seville guidebook on Amazon that the founder wrote. We paid on their website well in advance and they were responsible about communicating to meet up with us the day of the tour. Seems to be a well managed, responsible tour company with well trained/educated guides.
We absolutely loved the “Discover the river & the secrets of Triana quarter” walk with Clara. She was so friendly and engaging and knowledgeable. Could not recommend more highly - book this walk and you will not be disappointed!
We met Carmen at the meeting point for our tour. She was the best guide we’ve had in our entire trip, very knowledgeable and making the history come alive. We enjoyed very much our experience and booked other tours with Seville Unique Experiences, always with small groups and very personalised. Highly recommended!
After visiting the main landmarks of the city we joined this walking tour and was wonderful. Our guide Carmen María helped us understand everything we had seen and discovered new topics of the area and whole city. Really worthy money and time! Would definitely recommend!
This was a remarkable walking tour! Our guide Clara is a truly expert in Seville and Spanish history and share all her knowledge with us. I appreciated the small size group and would recommend to every visitor that want to explore a different area of the city. Recommended!
The instructions before the tour were clear. We met our guide Carmen on time and she was wonderful. The views of the river are very nice but we also got to learn a lot about history of the city and neighbourhood of Triana, its artisans, important characters and of course flamenco.
Wonderful and pleasant walk! We learnt a lot about the neighbourhood of Triana and the importance of the river in different historical times. In this walking tour you will not see impressive monuments but a very special and authentic area of the city. 100% recommended!
We loved the experience! The views by the river are amazing and all the history and monuments around Seville, Miguel did an amazing job sharing his knowledge about the city you can really tell he feels passion for it! 100% recommended
We had a guided tour named Discover the secrets of Triana quarter! with Carmen on Sunday, April 24 2022 @ 18:30 - 20:00 It was by far the worst tour we ever had. For most of the tour time we just stood on the river bank and Carmen gave us a history lesson on the History of Seville. I love history but she was boring and inaccurate (she argued with me that Magellan left Seville with 3 ships instead of 5). And of course a guided tour should be about seeing things and hearing about them. Also - out of the 1.5 hours of the tour we spent 1 hour on the river bank facing the Triana and even when she crossed the river and went a bit inside she went back to the river bank again. Only after we asked her if she is going to show us the Triana quarter she started to walk and show us some staff. By then we had quite enough hearing her talking as she hardly said anything interesting. Both me and my wife waited for the tour to finish as it was really annoying.
Excellent opportunity to get to know the neighborhood of Triana. Its history, its people, and its characteristics. Fernando, our guide, was wonderful in explaining everything. As a local guide, his passion is evident. We are very grateful; we learned a lot.
We were lucky and were the only participants. Valentin was a great guide! Growing up in Triana, he knows an incredible amount about almost every building and every historical detail. Moreover, he is a super likable guy and time flew by. Tips for tapas and bakers we also got:-) Absolutely recommended and definitely 5 stars!
The bridge that connects to the Triana district. The steel structure of the bridge is interesting, even if in some points the stresses to which it is subjected are very noticeable. Beautiful spot for photos along the river and the Sevilla tower. In the neighborhood of Tirana there was a religious celebration.
We had the opportunity to take a walk along the River and see from another perspective what the Triana neighborhood and other places located on the shore offer. Very well explained on the bottle. In the Triana neighborhood we toured its terraces and some of the emblematic places. A great atmosphere!
