The last two hours were the best. José was very informative and the castle and palace were spectacular Unfortunately our guide made an inappropriate comment re. Jews during the tour that we found offensive. We addressed this with him before we parted

Best tour ever! Guide spoke clear English, was kind, smart and funny. Very educational. Would always recommend especially the castle
Melissa was a great guide and we really enjoyed the sightseeing trip. We would definitely recommend it. Melissa told us a lot of interesting information about the history and culture of Seville and took us to some really cool places.
The Alcazar and Cathedral are must see stops in Seville. Our tour guide was fabulous. It’s worth having a guide as they share a lot of information.
Our guide, Melissa, was great! She was knowledgeable, personable and fun. She explained the history of each place and also included cultural elements, such as her flamenco dance with a street guitarist. Her positive and playful personality made the tour very enjoyable for the adults and children in my group.
The vendor failed to show up at the prescribed pick up location, and never responded to text or phone calls. Viator has given me a refund.
Our tour of the palace with our tour guide, Carlos was funny and extremely interesting. Carlos was very knowledgeable and attentive to the tour group and individuals. We learnt a lot and my wife and daughter thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thank you Carlos - it was a pleasure to have met you.
Very disappointed and upset as we booked the morning tour of the cathedral and palace. However the guide told us on the coach that the cathedral was closed so we would not be stopping there. We have since looked at the cathedral opening hours and can see it opens at 2.30 pm on Sundays. Why let us book a half day tour concluding at 2.00 pm to see the cathedral when they knew the cathedral was closed? We should have been made aware of this upon booking so we had the option of booking that tour another day. I would advise anyone considering this tour not to book for a Sunday morning. We feel cheated that they took our money knowing we were not getting what we had paid for.
We liked the Royal Palaces, and the Cathedral very much. And our guide Jose Antonio ( I think that his last name) was very knowledgeable of the tour and funny too. I would very highly recommended this tour. 👍👍👍
The tour started out very bad as we didn't have air conditioner on the bus and it was 106 degrees outside and then, the tour was marketed in English but Lola was translating in three languages (English, Spanish and French) so it was impossible to follow and pretty worthless the first part of the tour. The second part when Melissa took over and showed us the Santa Fe neighborhood and the Real Alcazar, it was excellent!!! Melissa was amazing - very knowledebable, funny, friendly and warm. She deserves a 10 plus as she saved the tour and Viator´s reputation! thank you Melissa!!!!!
The tour guide was unaceptable. Didn't talk to much or explain any of the monuments visited. The transportation was ok but the guide didn't work.
Good tour, we are able to see the alcazar and the cathedral. Would’ve been better with a little more show around the city.
Our experience was fantastic! We had 2 different guides, one for the first part and another for the second part. Both of them were friendly and very knowledgeable. I only wish we could have spent even more time with our second guide. She did a great job! I highly recommend this tour!
We had two guides, the first was a nightmare, while the other was a nice guy. I Think the price is not worth this tour
Picked up on time near hotel, most of the tour was on foot after that. Excellent knowledgable guide who managed the large group very well given the crowds of tourists, and the heat! The Plaza, Palace, Jewish quarter, and Cathedral are wonderful sites to see.

The Royal Alcazar Palace is a must see! Santa Cruz was also interesting. My complaint is about the tour company itself, such a chaos! They seemed to combine several tour together. Many people were confused about itineraries. There were several tour guides who kept on arguing with each other. They preferred to speak Spanish. The English part was probably only 20 of what they explained in Spanish. There were a bunch of Americans got very frustrated and felt ignored. It was beneficial to go into these historical places by joining the tour as the line was extremely long. I had to pay attention not to lost the guide due to crowd. There were a few moments that I seriously wanted to abandon the tour as it was very frustrating. The last part was the best: the beautiful garden of Alcazar.

The tour was disorganized, taking too long to organize groups according to their language. My guide didn't add much information, and there were many silent pauses. We walked by a free tour whose guide seemed very animated, giving far more information in the span of 5 minutes than my guide did on the entire tour. The only benefit is the skip-the-line advantage, but even that was delayed because the group was so large over 100 people in total, we were told that it took so long to wait for the other groups to join us before we could enter the Alcazar.

The Cathedral was closed for the day we booked Sunday but were not told about it until afterwards. The group is larger than expected a full bus size. The English language guide did not speak English that well. The audio devices used were not loud enough made much more difficult by the guide not speaking directly into the microphone. Very little additional information was gained from the guide. Recommend a free walking tour. The guides put much more effort into earning their tips and tend to produce a much better experience. Front of the line access was the main benefit of the tour.

I have always been a fan for tours, but the organization of this tour was terrible. Our tour guide, Cecilia, was also very rude and had poor humor. She spent too much time trying to organize us in the utmost ridiculous ways. The best part of this tour was Miguel, who helped track down my mom's jacket after she left it on the bus because the tour guide never told us we weren't going back on the bus. You would be better off saving your money and doing the attractions on your own as they are also very close to each other.

This was an amazing tour. We were actually traumatised by a tour we took in Madrid but this was very pleasant. We had a hotel pick-up nearest hotel which was seamless. We had a wonderful tour guide who greeted us with smiles and we were quite a medium-sized group. The tour started with a city tour with plaza de espana the embassies around the city the flamenco school for kids bullrings etc. The tour however is not as intensive as the hop-on/hop-off tour. So if you want the whole city tour I would suggest the hop-on/hop-off bus. What was nice about this tour is the access to the attractions. After the city tour in a bus, we then got off and started a walking tour which was also amazing. This was with a different tour guide who was as wonderful as the first one. the tour was very informative and we went into Placa de Pilatos which was nice and got to know the history around it.The highlight of this tour was the Royal Alcazar, I went in looking for just pictures to say i was there but came back with a mind full of knowledge of its history. It was like semi Spanish crash course. Really enjoyed this tour and highly recommend.

PS: There was an issue before we entered the Royal Alcazar regarding arrangements of the groups in their spoken languages. It took a bit of time to sort out but everything was fine afterwards.

Our tour guide, Melissa, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the sites visited. She has an amazing personality making you feel very at home in Seville. The sites visited were amazing! I highly recommend this tour.

The tour was disappointing, too much time was lost arranging the participants into groups and waiting for the language groups to congregate before entry into the Alcazar palace. The time in the palace seemed rushed, it was more of a cursory tour and would have been better with a lot more time in the Palace and some free time away from the tour to enjoy the surroundings. The guide could have been have been better and what was said was unfortunately interlaced with a slightly flippant outdated sense of humour.

This tour was a big disappointment for several reasons. We booked this tour on a Sunday because it was the only full day we had in Seville. The sight we were most interested in was the Cathedral. No one told us the Cathedral didn't allow tours on Sunday - perhaps we should have known but I really think the tour operator should have told us this up front. We only found out when we got on the bus to begin the tour. We would have done something else entirely if we had known we wouldn't be able to tour the Cathedral. Second, we booked the tour with the understanding it would be conducted in English. The tour guide did speak English but her Spanish accent made her difficult to understand and she had some Spanish speakers on the tour so she alternated back and forth between Spanish and English. This made it very difficult to remain focused on what she was saying and the tour information seemed very choppy. The tour guide seemed rushed and not especially informative about the areas we visited. I would not recommend this tour, and especially not on a Sunday.

This tour was very good and we had an excellent guide called Melissa. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and she made the tour very enjoyable. It was a good tour for seeing some of the main attractions in Seville.

The only criticism would be that there was quite a bit of waiting around when people were moved about from one tour to another or when new people joined.

Excellent Tour! Great to be picked up at our Hotel and the Guides were informative and knowledgeable. We didn't wait in line very long for entry into the Palace or the Cathedral and they were both well worth seeing! We highly recommend doing this Tour it was worth it!

This was an amazing tour with our guide Melissa. First off, we had a hard time finding the meeting point for the tour and were late, but Melissa waited for us as all others were ready to go. We couldnt be picked up because we were in a hotel that couldnt be driven to.All that aside, the tour was great. The first part was in an air conditioned bus. Melissa was multilingual in English and Spanish so no one had difficulty understanding her. She is very vibrant and loves her job.She pointed out many sights along to way to Plaza de Espana, where we had some time to take photos and walk around the grounds. We didnt take any Rosemary The tour continued onto the Santa Cruz Quarter where the streets are narrow and crowded. Just what I hoped it would be. Melissa was very knowledgeable about the Alcazar Palace and the Seville Cathedral. We liked the tour so much that we went back the next day and incorporated it into our plans so we could spend even more time at these exhibits.

loved that tour picked me from hotel and went all over the guide was really funny

Great tour guide, lots of information given. Jumped the queues as fast track with guides.

Fabulous tour with Melisa! She was so enthusiastic, funny, and knowledgeable. She takes great care of all of her clients, and was especially patient with some older ladies on our tour:. Pick up was prompt, and the vehicle for transport was good. Highly recommend this tour!

Nice walking tour, guide was thorough with good historical perspective, appropriate length 4 hours, headsets sometimes don't work well indoors.

Very poor organization. The tour started 1 hr later than listed in description and we were picked up almost 40 min later. Because of all that we had to skip the cathedral since we had other staff booked

if there was an option on giving 0 review i would have given that.
We booked English tour and guide which was provided barely spoke any English or knew any history.
Highly dis-organized tour , you would be better off doing things on your own

Really great tour. The first hour or so was via van with a large group--this ended up being nice for the A/C since Sevilla can certainly get very warm. Part of the tour was both in Spanish and English the tour guide would give info in Spanish and then report the same info in English which we could have done without, but half way through we split and went into an English only tour group. The only issue we really came across was it got a little confusing when we were switching groups and departing with part of the original tour group, and some time was wasted just getting organized, but other than that we really had no complaints. Loved the Cathedral and Royal Alcazar portion of the tour best.

While all of the individual sites were great, the logistics of this tour left a lot to be desired. So much waiting for different people and our headphones and everything. Just seemed like they really had not planned everything out. Also our tour guide focused a lot more on fun facts than on basic things like when was this built, who built it, why was it built, etc. These would be things I would assume were pretty basic. Also went WAY longer than viator said it would. Like an additional 2.5 hours. All due to the inefficiencies of the planning.

First part of tour was very ordinary with a lack of communication, poor quality sound system on bus and a guide how at the best of times was hard to understand. Transferred to a English group for second part of tour to Alcazar and Cathedral which was much improved. Guild did a good job but better English would have been appreciated. Overall average to good tour.

Seville is a wonderful city and the tour capture some of the most famous and interesting sites. The guide gave a great deal of information regarding the history and interest stories we got a great feel for the immense importance of the history, architecture and character of the city with this tour.

This was a great experience. All of the main attractions at once! The guides were informative and they spoke English clearly. We loved Seville.

Seville is amazing. This tour was in both English and Spanish so took a bit of time. Tour guide did a great job especially since she was fighting a cold. Very knowledgeable.

We had a fantastic guide Melissa who made the Tour in the Palace and the Cathedral lively and interesting!

Tour guide was great and the tour was very worthwhile.

Good tour. Covered all main points of a wonderful city. Plaza de Espana is awesome. Guide was funny and spoke Spanish, English and French pretty well.

poorly organized. long waits due to arguments with customers over admission charges to the monuments and due to confusion over who is with which tour grop. very unprofessional. many of us were close to dropping out of the tour.

Excellent Knowledgeable guide! The added Hammam bath was out of this world.

Awesome trip! Although the tour started late because of the traffic, we got on track afterwards. The tour guide was very entertaining, knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

An excellent introduction to Seville. The guide was outstanding and with a small sub group of English speakers we received an informative guide to the history of Seville and it's significant buildings.

The Royal Alcazar Palace and the Seville Cathedral excursion was wonderful. I was also very pleasantly surprised in seeing the beautiful interior of the Plaza de Espana! Inside here we were able to view representations of all the provinces located within Spain -- including Zamora, the birthplace of my husband. We were very impressed!

Seville is a great city and the monuments are fascinating. The tour guide was very friendly and did a good job in giving us the background. I wish he had told us more of the history, context and the stories behind the palace. He just gave a brief synopsis and some of the explanations like that of the inverted map could have been clearer.

This tour was very informative but one of the main reasons we went on it was to see the cathedral but on Sunday morning it is closed to the public. If we knew this before hand we would have taken the afternoon tour! Our guide was very knowledgable and and helpful!

Excellent. Funny, knowledgeable, amusing, fluent in three languages and informative tour guide made my day. Tour started on time. A very enjoyable experience.

A great way to see the major attractions and they certainly were worth seeing. The hotel pick up was efficient. We would have liked the visit to Plaza de Espana to have been a bit longer - instead of just 15 mins. The times at the other venues were fine. We found it hard to understand our guide at times - the majority of the group were English-speakers but she concentrated on the 2 Spanish speakers in the group. A bonus was that we could remain longer at the Cathedral when the tour ended and we were able to climb La Giralda.
