What a great experience! Antonio was so incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend this tour. Trying to obtain tickets can be difficult as it’s such a popular destination but this tour took away a lot of the stress surrounding that! Definitely happy with this experience.

This tour was a great option since we were not prepared for the Alcazar tickets which are hard to get and involve long lines if not purchased in advance online. This was a private tour and our guide Juan was very personable, knowledgeable and provided us with so much information surrounding the history of Seville. He made sure to tailor the experience to our interests. The entire booking process with Antonio and his team was very easy with prompt communication. Would highly recommend this tour group.
Antonio was an excellent guide, showing us all around the Juderia, Alcázar, and Catedral, deftly moving between English and Spanish. He has been a guide for 32 years, so had a depth of knowledge of all these places. This option was a little pricey, but our only choice as I forgot to purchase tickets in advance. However, having a private guide was well worth it. The only way Antonio could secure tickets for us was to have someone standing in line at 5:00 am for the same day tickets, which many other tour guides did as well. Highly recommend this tour.
It was a very expensive ticket, I still question in line for 45 minutes. My guide was stopped mid tour with me, by travellers wanting a guide- so they delayed my trip while scheduling a private tour with my guide later that afternoon, and then when I asked if we could spend a bit more time in the gardens, I was told we didn’t have enough time. And the tour was supposed to end at 1145, but went past 1215- and I needed to hurry her along because I had plans at 1245. It was frustrating to pay that much and not get to see what I wanted. Overpriced.
Perfect experience, everything was smoothly planned and the Guide Viviana was the best we could have ever asked for. Would totally recommend.
First off, our guide, Raquel was very informative and knowledgeable ! She was very friendly and we never felt rushed. It was very beautiful and a must see on your list. The Cathedral is stunning, inside and out! Seeing the 3 different facades of the Cathedral from Renaissance, Gothic and Arab was interesting. Raquel was easy going and conversational. Our tour was both interesting and educational. We would 100% recommend this tour and ask for Raquel, if possible!
am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding booking GYGN6BVFQVWW, under the name Rebecca Sharp, for the tour “Seville: Private Alcázar and Santa Cruz,” operated by Vofia Tours, scheduled for 22 October 2026. The booking was for three adults, in English, with a duration of three hours, at a total cost of €624. Upon arrival, the guide informed us that the tour would last only two hours instead of the three hours booked, and that it would cover only the exterior of the Alcázar. We objected because these conditions did not match our booking. The guide reiterated that this was the programme and then left without conducting the tour. The reception staff witnessed the incident and can corroborate what happened. I wish to make clear that we were present and ready to take part in the tour as booked. This was neither a no-show nor a voluntary cancellation on our part. The service was not provided following the changes announced by the guide and the guide’s subsequent departure.
My guide Antonio was amazing! Intimate knowledge of the Alcázar and the cathedral, expansive knowledge of Spanish history its links to other cultures! During our walk around, he was able to answer all the questions I could throw at him! We would all do these individualised tours if we could afford it!
Great tour booked on short notice due to a late cancellation from another company. Got us tickets to a sold out attraction by waiting in line at 6am and had a very informative and great tour. Recommended! Thanks
Antonio was amazing!!! Our teenage boys also enjoyed the tour so much! He is such a great story teller, kept everyone engaged at all times! And he was able to find last minute tickets for us! Can’t recommend enough!
We booked a tour after missing out on tickets online to both the cathedral and the Alcazar and were so happy we did. It’s not the cheapest option but Antonio was such a lovely and engaging guide. Well worth the money!
Excellent! Guide was extremely knowledgeable. Very organized and stress free access to church and palace. Do grateful for last minute accommodation to tour
Antonio was an amazing tour guide with a plethora of information. He is a great storyteller and filled in history gaps. I’ve done many tours and he is at the top of my list. You can’t go wrong selecting this excursion.
Antonio was very knowledgeable, funny, and made it a great experience! It was very nice to have just my partner and I with him to hear the history and fun information about where we were.
Involves a lot of walking and standing so make sure you have comfortable shoes. It was very hot the day we were there so women need to have something to cover shoulders when in the cathedral. Lorena Gonzalez was a wonderful guide. Full of historical information and was very tolerant about all my picture taking!
Private tour was so worth it if traveling with a child. Aridna was fantastic giving us all the history and catering the tour to what we wants to see.
We booked this tour last minute since the other tour we had booked cancelled on us. Antionio and Ariadna were extremely organized and communicated what to expect. We had no idea how complicated it was to get tickets and the line was wrapped around the building. They had been there since 6am to make sure we had them for the morning. We met them at 8:45am and went in at 9:30am for the tour. Ariadna had a wonderful happy disposition and gave great details as we moved through the buildings. Even though this tour was expensive, I highly recommend it. Totally worth the personal time to cover so much area.
Raquel was an amazing guide! She was so knowledgeable and engaging, it was easily the best tour we’ve been on. We didn’t realize online tickets for the Alcazar booked out so far in advance, so we were incredibly fortunate that Antionio and Raquel were able to help us get last minute tickets. A truly great experience!
Book early. We paid for four tickets to alcazar but the service could only give us two tickets even though we had paid for four
Very professional guide, historical background was perfect. Organisation was very smart. Thank you Adrianna for the exceptional experience 😁
Great experience. Juan was very informative and patient. Made sure we got our coffee before we kicked off the tour 🙂of both the palace, cathedral and surrounding alleys. If you are short on time and cost isn’t an issue, definitely recommend.
guide was great and very informative.. he gave us all the highlights and made the tour interesting for adults and 21 year olds
Wonderful Tour. Antonio was brilliant, really informative and engaging. Would highly recommend. It’s worth noting that; 1. Both the Alcazar and cathedral times are at risk of changing - owing to weddings, special services etc - Antonio was incredibly helpful in navigating this. 2. You need your passports to get the tickets to the Alcazar
Look elsewhere. Operator is money hungry. I thought I would not be able to see Alcazar about a week prior to visiting Seville. In a panic I booked this tour for myself for a ridiculous amount of money (add 1/3 onto the price listed). Only 2 hours after booking the tour I realized I made a carless mistake and booked it for the wrong month. I immediately called the company where I booked the tour. They were nice enough to help me contact the operator to ask if the tour could be cancelled. The operator agreed to cancel but managed to keep 20% of the exorbitant price I paid. I could justify that if I called a day or two before the tour. But I called 2 HOURS AFTER BOOKING IT. What was done in 2 hours to justify keeping 20%? It’ called highway robbery.
Antonio was so informative with all sorts of fun facts. Good historical perspective on the Muslim and Christian impacts to this part of Spain.
Manuel who works alongside Antonio was our guide today. He was excellent in terms of his knowledge, communication and being flexible with the timing and order of our itinerary. It was not cheap but we got a lot out of it and it was worth it.
Rachel was a fun and knowledgeable tour guide. Her assistance enhanced this experience. I would recommend this tour wholeheartedly.
Great communications, great service and great people. This is the tour to take when you come visit.
My guide Juanjo Macías is one of the best and his explanations were excellent and fostered a deep appreciation of Seville.
Our tour with Anthony was memorable. He was able to get us tickets for the Alcazar last-minute. His tour was interesting and informative. He shared interesting facts that went well beyond the sights we visited. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Seville for the first time.
Our gide, Bertha, was such a nice person! Interesting in telling us so many things! We just loved her!
Antonio was an amazing guide and set us up for a fantastic trip to Seville! We had visited before but were amazed at how visiting with his guidance changed and improved the experience so much! So knowledgeable, perfectly paced and good fun. Highly recommended
We really enjoyed our time with Beatriz, as she showed us around the various attractions in Seville. It was clear she loved her city very much as she shared numerous wonderful stories. Although we were quite tired by the end, having walked all over for 4 hours, we would've loved spending even more time with her!
Antonio has 30 years experience and his experience really shines through in the tour. Our entire family was engaged throughout and we learned so much in 3 hours. He even got us in touch with a colleague in Granada who helped us secure tickets for the Alhambra after they were no longer publicly available. This was the best tour we have experienced and I highly recommend him.
I highly recommend this private tour. Antonio found us the tickets for Alcazar and the Cathedral even though it was sold out due to Holly week and with a very short notice of 3 days ahead. Raquel was our city guide, she was very knowledgeable about the history and the city. It was a pleasure spending this time with her and we learnt a lot thanks to her. It is really worth the price. Many thanks to Antonio and Raquel for their professionalism!

Really knowledgeable and friendly local guide. Timing was spot on. Wonderful history. Plenty of time at each place so we didn't feel rushed
Antonio was amazing. We would have never learned the vast amount of detailed information on our own. We had an absolutely wonderful experience.
We had the best time we could possibly imagine. Antonio was knowledgable, funny and all around great guy.
Lorena was an amazing guide, she really explained the culture and history well. It was well organised from start to finish. I would highly recommend.
Great way to see Cathedral, Tower and other parts of Seville. We included the Tapas and Flamenco show. Our guide was great and very knowledgeable. We loved it all, but Flamenco show was just ok.
Antonio, our guide, was easy to contact and meet up with. He was extremely well informed and an engaging guide. We visited the Sevilla Cathedral, Alcazar and the Jewish quarter and learnt so much about the history and culture of the monuments and the region. He had studied tourism at the University of Chicago and spoke fluent English. My son and I highly recommend Antonio as a guide to Seville monuments.
great experience. I would highly recommend it. Skipping lines is very helpful and speeds thingss up as well
Our guide Beatrice was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to spend time with on our tour. We highly recommend her.
We had an extraordinary private walking tour of the major sites in Seville with Antonio. He was incredible. I've taken a lot of tours in my life and Antonio was the best !!! What a beautiful city
Antonio was fabulous! So knowledgeable and engaging. A perfect afternoon getting to know the city he clearly loves and enthusiastically share with others. The pace and points of interest were perfect.
Antonio was extremely knowledgeable and showed us many interesting aspects of the Cathedral, Royal Alcázar and the surrounding city. The boys also enjoyed feeding the peacocks in the gardens. We definitely recommend.
Antonio was an absolute delight!! Very professional, kind and gave such a lovely historical view of all of the sights. He was considerate and thoughtful as he delivered a beautiful tour!! Highly recommend!! The Mills family
Vivian did an excellent job bringing the history and significance of the Cathedral, Alcazar and Jewish Quarter to life, including interesting stories. She was very knowledgeable and engaging. The pace was just right since it was customized to our interests. At the end of our tour she gave suggestions for other things to see on our own.
Our tour of Seville with Juanjo was absolutely fantastic and one of the highlights of our visit. He guided us through the Jewish Quarter, Plaza de España, the Real Alcázar—an extraordinary jewel of Mudéjar art—the Sorolla exhibition, and the Cathedral, weaving history and storytelling together in a way that made each period come vividly alive. Juanjo’s explanations were rich in detail and incredibly engaging; he didn’t just explain the sites, he made us feel inside the different historical eras. We were especially captivated by Pedro I’s Alcázar and by the Cathedral, particularly the visit to the tomb of Columbus, which he explained with great clarity and context. To top it all off, Juanjo generously shared excellent tips for the rest of our day in Seville—including the location of the best churros in town, which did not disappoint! Knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time with, Juanjo is an outstanding guide. Highly recommended.
