Seville Heritage : Las Setas, La Macarena And Palacio Las Dueñas

Our group arrived a half an hour before the starting time. We could not find a guide. After a number of calls we were told that the guide would be 40 minutes late. So we canceled the tour. Absolutely atrocious. We have been on many other tours that we booked through this site, but this one was a zero out of 10.

Everything very well explained by our guide Álvaro. An incredible memory 👌🏻 On the other hand, what should be improved is the meeting point at the Setas, as it should be more specific, for example, in front of the square where the letters are, with a shirt of color x or an umbrella of color... everything else was great.

You must know I felt ripped off. What they sold wasn't done. A guide who knew nothing. A tour that sells 3 1/2 hours and lasted 1 hour. The sites were closed and we couldn't see anything. I am asking for my money back and have not received any response. They don't answer for anything.

Regarding my experience: I booked this tour from days before, the staff did not arrive on the tour, I received no phone notification (I think it is unprofessional this), I tried to communicate and it was not effective communication, the staff unattentive, uncordial and not empathetic with the situation. I received notification of the cancellation via e-mail practically when I was going to start the tour. It's not like you're watching the e-mail on vacation. I went to Natura’s office to make clarification, for which, again I met with unempathetic, uncordial staff and it seems that I was not trained. I asked for the refund which they could not resolve on the spot, I had to write numerous times to have my refund. Very bad experience with this company, not recommended.
