Seville Guided Tour: Alcazar, Cathedral & Giralda In English

I booked the Cathedral and Alcazar tour one week before our visit to Seville. You are not asked for your passport information directly but next day. I delayed maybe one day replying and so our Alcazar tour was not booked but we did not get refund!! Amigo tours perhaps should improve their system. Our tour of Cathedral and Giralda tower was guided by Hector who was excellent. We really enjoyed the tour and his passion for his home city of Seville! I recommend anyone visiting Seville to do a guided tour. You will learn a lot.

Our Tour guide Hector was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Cathedral and Castle. He was great ! We appreciated his enthusiasm.

The tour doesn’t include a guided tour of the garden only the palace - don’t forget your passport or a picture of it on your phone or they won’t let you in !

Hector was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable in his tour and gave us a very well timed visit of the cathedral. The tempo was good, the history was accurate and clear and all was very well explained. Great tour.

Hector did is very well. On a fun way he exlained all the history. Would recommend him. With Booking be aware if you book only cathedral or Alcázar. The title may be confusing to the real tour

Wonderful tour! We enjoyed the history, art, and architecture of the Cathedral and Palace. Hector was a great guide!

We had such a great time on this tour! Hector clearly knows Sevilla inside and out, and the way he tells the history makes it come to life. If you're worried about the language barrier, don't be as his English is great and he's super easy to talk to. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and it means even more knowing he's third-generation, he's sharing stories that have been passed down in his own family for years. Highly recommend!!! ☺️

Hector was AMAZING! We have never done a guided tour before and he has set the bar very high! The information he knows about the cathedral is unreal just like the cathedral itself!

This was a fantastic experience. Friendly guide, small party. Perfect pace. Enjoyable. The gardens are lush & the atmosphere was incredible. Recommend an early booking to avoid the crowds.

This was, by far, one of the best tours ever taken anywhere. Two of the most incredible places, rich in culture and history, and we had the honour of an amazing guide, Hector. He took us though centuries of history, of family stories entertwined with spectacular artefacts, and religious connections throughout the world. Booked it 10 days before I came to seville, thought go through a reputable company who can get entry to Alcazar. 2 days before the trip i got an email saying they couldn't get alcazar tickets and they would refund me for that portion of the trip, I had to call them in Madrid to get this agreed. The problem was I couldn't get any tickets for my trip to Alcazar as this was too late to buy tickets. We were due to meet 11am Friday, we arrived at pick up point in 40 degree heat, 10 minutes before this I got an email saying they couldn't get cathedral tickets, and the tour would start at 1400, I had to ring them up and cancel as this was not what I booked. If you want to go, book tickets direct with yourselves to save the disappointment on your trip and they will invariably change the times or not deliver what was promised. I had to do a chargeback to get my money back from them, absolutely ruined my trip.
