We had a lovely afternoon being shown the sights and sounds of Seville. Jorge was such a knowledgeable guide and kept us all engaged on the tour, especially our two children (11 and 7). I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.
The tour far exceeded our expectations. Roberto, our guide was brilliant, so knowledgeable and fun and clearly passionate about Seville and it's history. We learned a lot and smiled right through the tour. I would recommend to anyone.
2 hours is too long spent most of the time in the deserted Expo area which was rundown and not that interesting. We did not tour the old paort of Seville which was advertised when we booked. It was hot bring hats, it would have been a nice touch for the driver to supply small bottle of water each. We had to ask the driver to stop so we could pick up water.
Great driver Juan and tour. Good way to get some history and see sights
This tour is a great way to see the highlights of Seville outside of the old city. Juan was an amazing knowledgeable and friendly guide who really loves his city and loves sharing his city with you!
Excellent trip made even better thanks to our driver Alejandro who was so knowledgeable and interesting.
First of all, communication with the tour operator was excellent. Responses were lightning fast, and the detailed instructions were very clear, which made everything easy from the start. Our driver and guide, Juan, was exceptional. His cheerful and friendly manner was very much appreciated. We chose the 2-hour tour, and the electric tuk tuk was very pleasant and quiet. There was a small, easy-to-hear speaker that he used while driving, which worked very well. Juan’s driving was calm and safe throughout. We stopped often, and each time he got out and spoke to the three of us directly in his warm and engaging manner. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting a fun and informative overview of this fabulous city.
Our guide was excellent - well informed, friendly, and very considerate. We saw bits of Seville we would have not seen on our own. Alex even took us back to the taxi stand so we could continue our day. He spoke very good English and was a pleasure to tour with.
We were lucky and had Alejandro as our guide. He was very clear to understand and we enjoyed listening to the history of Seville. Est tuk tuk ever, so comfortable.
Karen was very knowledgeable and engaging. She shared great information with us. We enjoyed the tour and it gave us a great perspective of the area.
Shockingly bad tour!! I would not book this tour and would advise people to avoid it! We booked a one hour tour in Seville to help see the sights with the limited time we had in the city and we had Javier as the guide. We booked the tour based on the itinerary but, we didn't get the tour as per the itinerary stated on the website, confirmation email and tour operators website for the price that we paid. We knew which tour and sites we were expecting to see. We were literally driven to Macarena, not shown ANY sites, taken straight to the Basílica de la Macarena and then The Monastery of Santa María de las Cuevas. We were literally taken to two sites, NONE of which were on the itinerary and MILES away from any of the major sites in the city, across the river. The overview states we would be taken "through the most touristic places". He kept telling us that the market in Triana is really good and we should get some lunch there, even though we told him multiple times that we had already eaten before the tour and we weren't bothered for the market. Instead of taking us back to the pick up point, we were dropped off at Triana market. This was a highly disappointing tour as we never got the tour that was expected, advertised on the website or on the confirmation email. Based on our experience, do not use this company for a tour.
We were able to easily book/reserve a tuk-tuk one day in advance through Booking.com. Meeting location is a little weird as it is in the basement of a parkade where the washrooms were very sketchy. However, our Tuk-Tuk driver, Karen, was outstanding. She was friendly, FULL of information, and gave us many great suggestions on sights to see and what to do in Sevilla. Thank you Karen, we really enjoyed our short time with you!,
Four of us took this trip as part of a wider tour around beautiful Spain. We wanted to start with a quick whistle stop tour of Seville to help us decide our priorities in planning our day. It was a great introduction to the city with a very knowledgeable and super friendly guide Gorgie. The tuk tuk was comfortable and provided welcome shade from the pounding sun. Stopping off at the Spanish square was our highlight. Great recommendation for lunch from Gorgie too. We would definitely recommend the tour.
Juan was a very good guide, full of enthusiasm and tips for where (and where not!) to eat and drink. The tour of the sights set us up for a more in-depth visit and was the the perfect first morning tour.
We arranged this for our first full day in Seville thinking that it would give us a good idea of the city and if we wanted to visit any of the attractions again. Jorge our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and fun. He also recommended a few things which were very helpful and made our stay in Seville a bit more special. Had a stop at the Plaza De Espana which gave us a little time to walk around it. Very good clear booking and meeting emails. Would totally recommend this experience.
Jorge was our Tour Guide. He’s passionate about his work and definitly demonstrates it. Jorge is extremely knowledgeable in the history of Seville. If you want an overview tour of Seville we highly recommend this one or the 2 hours tour, because the one hour went way too fast and left us with a thirst to learn more.
Pilar was amazing. Informative, fun and a lovely guide. Great way to see the main sites and get your bearings. Highly recommend.
First mistake on our part was to book a 4:30pm tour on a 40C day; but that said, it seems like the tour should have been adapted to maximize the amount of time in shady areas. Our first “stop” was about 100 meters from the starting point in a not particularly attractive spot, in full sun, where our driver gave us a 15 minute talk about the history of Seville. Then it seems like most of the rest of trip was on main streets where he would occasionally stop, point down a side street and say “if you go down that street, turn left, you will find a shop or a tapas bar or something else interesting” leaving it for us to remember and go back later to find whatever it was he was talking about (which we did for a couple of them and they were worth the return trip). But I guess I had expected the tour to take us into these interesting areas. The driver was very nice. However, between his accent and the poor speaker, we really couldn’t understand much of what he said.
The sights we explore were amazing and took so many photos. Our guide/driver was super nice and helpful. We will definitely recommend Eco tuk tum
Great and fun way to explore the city. Our guide was lovely and took the time to explain the history behind what we were visiting. The whole family loved it
Karen, very enthusiastic and proud of Seville. Good history and overview of areas outside of city center. 2 stops for 15min, a monastery and Plaza de Espain. Good meeting area, plenty of parking.
Roberto was great. Informative, engaging and very accommodating. The tour itself was a great opportunity for my 71 year old mother to see the city despite her mobility restrictions. Would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see major landmarks outside of the city center but can't necessarily manage that much walking.
Loved hearing the history of the city and seeing the beautiful sites. Pilar our guide was knowledgeable and so considerate and helpful. Glad to be out of the rain but still see the sights
We really enjoyed our intro tour around Seville as it gave us a great overview and helped us determine what we wanted to do with our time in the city.
Great way to spend an hour getting oriented with Seville. Pilar was a great guide, very knowledgeable and engaging. Would recommend.
Tour was impeccable. Juan was awesome, multilingual, very personable, encyclopedic in his knowledge, super courteous, extremely fun to tour with, great gentleman to discover the lovely city of Seville with.
Great way to see Seville. Highly recommend this. Driver was super friendly and knowledgeable. Saw things I would never have walked to.
Even in the rain ( which is very unusual it was comfortable and Pilar our guide was very informative, such fun and saved our legs a little. Learned many new things about Seville too
Our guide, Pilar was excellent, both informative and humorous in describing Seville’s key landmarks and its history. This short one hour tour is a good introduction to the city and a relaxing way to see the key sights.
This is a must do tour when visiting Seville, Juan our guide was brilliant and very passionate about his beautiful city. In our hour tour Juan took us around all the main attractions and told us about each one. Juan recommended some other places to visit whilst in Seville (bars, restaurants etc) this we did and are very grateful. When we come back to Seville we will definitely be doing the Tuk Tuk tour again but next time the 2 hour tour as the time went by far too quickly. Thanks so much Juan for sharing and hosting us around your beautiful city, Neil & Kerry XxX
We loved our guide, he took the time to explain every place he took us, Juan was great. It was great and he made some stops and we took plenty of pictures of the amazing sites. I rather book with Tuk Tuk than the bus.
We booked this tour for 4 adults & 1 child, there are limitation on number of people per tuk tuk so we had to do 2 tuk tuk which makes the price a bit more expensive. We love Hugo & his coworker, they both did a great job telling us about the history of Seville & drive us thru the main attractions. Just note that the tuk tuk is not allowed to go inside the old city but there are so many other things to see. Overall would highly recommend this! We went end of Aug so it’s the sun is super strong & hot, prepare to bring sunglasses, hat & water for the ride!
Very happy friendly guide. She was very knowledgeable. She did not stop talking even for one second. It’s was a little bit too much information overload, plus it didn’t help that she spoke so very fast that we did not understand her accent. If she slows down a bit, it would make it easier to catch. We understood 50% of her English. The trip itself was ok but felt rushed. We only had one hour so maybe she was trying to cram in as much as possible. The trip ended ten minutes early. The tuk tuk was comfortable but the seatbelts dig in and are quite uncomfortable, one hour was enough in that thing.
We really enjoyed the stop at Plaça de España- the guide was knowledgeable, timely, friendly, easy to understand and provided good tips for our visit in Spain.
What a great way to learn about the city and familiar yourself with the best way to spend your time during your visit to Seville. Hugo was a great guide and we followed his tips included where he and his family would eat especially the stunning Cerveceria Giralda Bar with amazing food and Haman architecture. Our highlight of the tour was definitely the stop at Place De Espana. The experience was so much fun.
Our guide Pilar was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her city. We would recommend that you do this tour when first arrive in Sevilla. You will be introduced to many attraction points that you later may go and enjoy further. In
Fun experience exploring the city! It was a last minute decision but I’m glad we did it because it was so hot and we didn't want to walk!
My recent experience with Eco Tuk Tuk Sevilla City Tours in Sevilla, Spain, was a mix of frustration and delight. The tour company’s poor communication and choice of pick-up location were major issues. We spent 25 minutes searching for the meeting point, which was in a dark, hidden car park under a bridge near an old bus station, far from tourist areas. This spot, surrounded by graffiti and a broken chain-link fence, felt unsafe and unwelcoming. Even after calling dispatch, they couldn’t provide clear directions to the meeting point. Only after some back-and-forth did our guide, Pepe, come to our rescue. Despite the rocky start, Pepe’s exceptional service saved the day. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and dedication were commendable, turning our tour into a memorable experience. Pepe truly deserves a raise for his efforts. However, Eco Tuk Tuk should fire the tour coordinator responsible for selecting this poor pick-up location and improve their communication to prevent such issues. I had taken a tour with the same company in Madrid, and they were much more organized, with a safe and very easy to find meeting location conspicuously in front of a Four Seasons hotel. There is no excuse for the Sevilla location to choose such a terrible spot. I recommend the tour, but they must address these concerns.
It was a lot of fun. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable We definitely recommend this tuktuk tour!!! We enjoyed the tour a lot
We really enjoyed our tuk tuk tour which was an extremely comfortable way to travel and to see Seville - the information was interesting and informative and our guide was excellent
Despite the weather our amazing tour guide made the trip fun and enjoyable. She was engaging and knowledgeable about the sites we visited. She made our trip comfortable with rain gear.
A fun tour of the city with very knowledgeable guides. Helps to get your bearings and return to the spots you really like. Great trip. Thank you.
Hugo was an awesome guide! He was friendly and knowledgeable. I loved that he showed excitement and passion for his culture and history. Listen to him when he gives suggestions! Hugo, you were 100% right about seeing Italica and the flamenco show with authentic cuisine at Tablao El Arenal! Gracias, gracias, gracias!
First time in Seville, Eco tuk tuk tours is a great way to get an overall feel for Seville at the start of my vacation here. We booked a two hour Expert tour with Mr Rafael, what a lovely man, who has a lot of knowledge about the city. He was also friendly with great sense of humour, and had very good English. I would not have gone to some of the places that Mr Rafael took me if I haven’t book tuk-tuk, as they are a bit far to do it by walking. I would highly recommend this tour, I had two hours ride but I felt that the two hours was too short! As I said I was too enjoy my ride and the company from Mr Rafael. Thank you Eco Tuk Tuk and Mr Rafael for a great introduction to Seville. Hope to be back in Sevilla again soon.
There were 6 of us, so we reserved 2 tuk-tuks. The first one was on time, and 3 of us left with Rave and were delighted with his service. On the other hand, the other three left with Tamara, who arrived a quarter of an hour late, did not even apologize, significantly shortened the tour, spoke very poorly in French, could not adjust the sound of the device, and provided very brief explanations about the sites visited. In short, it was nothing like the guide of the first group; it was a disastrous experience with Tamara.
Great guide - very friendly - excellent English - funny informative tour ! 1 h fully timed! Danke an Roberto
