I didn’t realise that the booking confirmation was not my ticket. I didn’t receive an email to explain that I had to convert my confirmation in an office which was quite a long walk away from the cathedral and difficult yo find. The Tour Guide was excellent! Very good English and very interesting.

Well organized. Knowledgable host. The headphones were not ideal. The loud ambient noice in the cathedral made it difficult to understand everything that was being said.
The Cathedral is a must see in Seville. It's beyond fascinating, and really helps to have someone telling you some extra interesting things. Our fantastic guide, Xavier, made this visit even more wonderful. My only regret is not being able to spend another few hours listening and asking questions! The company was very easy to communicate with.
Very busy. Definitely need a professional and informative guide like Camilla, who was very good and managed the group well.
Highly recommend this tour! Alvaro was very knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting for us.
Alvaro was an amazing tour guide. He really brought the city of Seville to life through the cathedral and city tour. Extremely knowledgeable, easy to understand in English, and such a great and friendly personality. I would highly recommend.
Alvaro was incredible! So enthusiastic, incredibly knowledgeable, and easy to understand. Any tour you book-book with Alvaro!
Alvaro was a very experienced guide. Friendly and gave us a lot of good facts about the cathedral that made the tour very enjoyable.
Fantastic time with Alvaro - he is extremely detailed and knowledge. Patient and friendly.
Thank you Karlos for an amazing tour !!
Very informative, a bit of humour and an amazing cathedral and history. The climb up the tower is worth the view
Fascinating historical information on Seville and the cathedral. I appreciated the guide’s knowledge and enthusiasm. I’d recommend this tour to anyone who wants to know an in-depth history.
Great tour with Alvaro, a fantastic guide and really knowledgeable. Beautiful cathedral with so much symbolism and history which he explained in such an engaging way.
Big group, but guide (Alvaro) did really well. Very informative.
We were a big group ..28 ...but Alvaro did keep us all together. Very interesting information. Thank you.
Alvaro was a very good guide! My only complaint was the ungodly crush inside the Giralda tower.
Great informative and engaging tour guide.
Great experience visiting the cathedral with Alvaro. Wide knowledge on Spanish history and interesting tidbits of information to keep our group entertained. We were are large group, but Alvaro kept us on time and managed the group very well.
Excellent tour, included the cathedral and the church of San Salvador. Guide was very knowledgeable, clear, and informative
Excellent tour led by our guide Karlos. Packed with information, delivered in a friendly and lighthearted manner. We climbed the tower and were rewarded with stunning 360° views. Then we had a tour of the cathedral which is absolutely stunning. There is so much to see that we stayed on afterwards to explore ourselves. Karlos spoke very knowledgeably about the many beautiful chapels and artifacts adding in some quirky and interesting facts. All in all a very enjoyable and enlightening experience.
We were a bit late starting because of all the other tourist groups but the visit was excellent. Lovely guide (never did quit catch her name, but it was the 11.30am trip on Wednesday 21st Oct). Really enjoyable experience.
Large group tour. Gives access to Cathedral. Carlos K was a very good guide. Amazing cathedral. Usual issues with a large group tour but worth it for general info and access.
Very friendly and informative tour with Álvaro. Very interesting and learned a lot. Just the right amount of time.
Was a wonderful tour and our Guide Alvaro was great!!👍🏻
Karlos was fantastic! We learned a lot and had so much fun. He showed us the best parts and then we had plenty of time to wander on our own. Would definitely recommend and take another tour with him!
Amazing. Highly recommend this tour. Meeting at the location point was easy. Entered the Cathedral with no delay. Carlos, our tour guide, was very well informed. Outstanding tour. Outstanding value
Good meet up point near the cathedral. Jesus was a great guide with lots of enthusiasm and knowledge about the tower and cathedral. He made the tour fun. He expertly navigated us through the groups and ensured that we got to see all the major sights and exhibits. The tour was about 3 hours including time explain the area around the cathedral and the history, to climb the tower if you wanted and have an unhurried fairy inside the cathedral. I would recommend as value for money.
Perfect tour! Was about 2 hours and then you could spend as much time as you’d like at the cathedral. Karlos was fantastic.
Enrique was a great guide. Very knowledgeable of history of cathedral, sculpture and art. Cathedral was incredible. A must see.
Such an entertaining and knowledgeable guide who covered an incredible amount of material! We thoroughly enjoyed this Cathedral tour and would highly recommend it.
It was supposed to do a small group tour but it was a large group
The monastery is absolutely gorgeous and the details were unbelievable. I found it a very peaceful place even with crowds. We were a little disappointed in our guide. She was difficult to understand at times and we wished for more details.
Rosario was a fantastic guide and helped us make the most of the beautiful cathedral. Don’t miss, well worth the visit.
They phoned me the day before to change my time. I informed them we couldn’t change to later so I wanted a refund. They then said they’d get back to me and didn’t. The next day I phone to see what was happening no one to could answer me. Eventually at 13:00 they phoned (the time of the booking) informing me that I should go at one. I didn’t make it. Still waiting for my refund.
Excellent guide. The tour is informative and beautiful. It moves at the perfect pace to allow time for photos and learning without feeling rushed. Recommend!
Anna is an excellent tour guide full of information and with a great sense of humour. Would recommend.
An absolutely fantastic tour of Seville Cathedral! Our guide was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and his passion for the history really brought the cathedral to life. He made the tour engaging, interesting, and enjoyable from beginning to end. We learned so much and got to appreciate the cathedral in a completely different way. Everything was perfectly organized, and our guide made the experience feel personal rather than simply being a standard tour. A truly memorable experience — highly recommended if you’re visiting Seville! 🇪🇸✨
Pet peeve: don’t hire a secular, non-religious art historian to give a tour of an actively functioning Catholic Church. Please give us somebody who can some religious flavor. It’s one thing if it’s a tour of lots of city sights. But this was JUST a tour of the cathedral.
Great place to visit for half a day! Vast complex of chapels gardens, Choir, side altars, sacristy, Chapter room, rooms of gold and silver items, paintings, tomb of C. Columbas and his sons! Giralda Tower included which is interesting and not difficult to climb even with crowds. Great views, even into nearby hotel rooftop pools with bathers oblivious that they are being gawked at and photographed from above!!! Many different orchestral styles to enjoy (Gothic, ramped Moorish Bell tower - Giralda, etc, Renaissance, etc). Loads to visit and see. Atmosphere was very secular and museum like, with great crowds of non-Europeans swishing around the place following guides or electronic ear guides. Little sense of the Sacred! Thankfully, bathrooms at one corner which were clean and spacious. Water font beside it with drinking water - a life saver! Worth visiting, but do not expect a religious atmosphere! Expensive for what you get (€38 for tour, tower, cathedral entry and Guide, 1.5 hrs). Our Guide was charming and excellent. Margarita Zerpa Rodríguez (from Sevilla Única Cultural Experiences from whom I booked the tour) was very skilled and well-informed. Obviously a woman of deep faith, she catered for a very diverse crowd, some of whom knew nothing of Spanish history or Christianity! She was excellent! Go prepared for lots of crowds and lots of walking! Certainly, very worth seeing but for me it is a once in a lifetime visit! I do not feel I have to visit it again! A+ experience!
The guide (Chacon) was fine, if a little disorganised. The logistics were dreadful. We couldn’t find the Naturanda Office (the road would not come up on Google Maps) so phoned them. The spectacularly unhelpful woman we spoke with just kept telling us to Google it. When we found the office the tour had left as (despite having my number they chose not to check). We caught up with the tour but had no headsets. We were well into the cathedral before headsets were provided. If I went again I would book with the cathedral direct and not use this agency.
The tour was great, we enjoyed our time. Personally I’m not a history person but the way our guide explained and talked about made it very enjoyable and entertaining. Thanks to Álvaro!!
The tour was great. The cathedral was beautiful and the guide was very instructive and thorough. He also answered multiple questions throughout the tour.
Highly recommend this tour company. Emilio, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history, architecture and artistry of the Cathedral and Giralda. The combination of his wit and story telling made the time we spent with him fly.
Our guide, Claudia was very entertaining and knowledgeable. Managed to keep the group together apart from the extreme heat and cloud in the cathedral. She has a nice personality.
Amazing sights in the cathedral. Felt rushed at times a guide did not wait for everyone before explaining then moving on. However, there was time at the end of the tour to revisit areas individually.
Fantastic tour, clear, relevant, just the right amount of information, very pleasant guide. Extremely good value
Alvaro was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable. We both really enjoyed the experience and learnt alot about the stunning cathedral. An organised tour and would recommend to all .
We were scheduled for 12:00 tour. When we got to the meeting @ natura tourismo on 19 Franco Street.. they told us that the tour was canceled.. we were on set timeline schedule. Very disappointed!
Disappointing tour. The guide was nice but not very informative. He hurried through and did not offer very much information. The two tours by this company were not good.
Start time was 11:30am. Tour officially started 12:30pm because the walk up giralda tower was total and complete waste. Tour ended 1pm. I have taken about 50 tours in 20 European cities including Budapest, Vienna, Prague, Amsterdam, Krakow, Rome, Florence, Venice, Athens, Jerusalem, Istanbul, Paris, Lisbon, and Porto, and this was the absolute worst. The tour guide was the absolute worst. He spoke minimal amount and no talking while walking from stop to stop. Instead he was texting on his phone. I can’t say anything worse about the lack of quality.
