We did not manage to join the tour - owing to communication issue - by the time we managed to get in touch with the operator - the group had entered the church and we were left behind. Tour operator should carry some colourful flag to identify themselves and we also felt that meeting point was not communicated clearly

The guide was excellent! Very knowledgeable. The cathedral was too crowded. Amazing artistry and craftsmanship! Worth a visit
Laura was a great guide giving a lot of background information and also took her time to answer my questions.
Well informed guide but communication and organization of the tour company could be improved. The time was changed for multiple people and tours were combined which led to a chaotic start. The cathedral was still well worth the visit.
I think we just went when it was too busy. Too many people and they didn’t have enough time/tickets to fit everyone. They were very friendly and informative. Just way too crowded and it seemed like they were over whelmed.
The tour got moved to an hour later. There was a lot of confusion at the start with too many people booked on to manage in one group. The man doing the tour was very knowledgeable and friendly but essentially he was expected to run two separate tours at the same time just 30mins apart. This meant we were sitting around waiting for him on a number of occasions and he seemed understandably a little stressed and flustered. I would not recommend this company.
It was beautiful to see the place and the tower. We had a great time. I would recommended it if you like to walk
Very insightful into the history of the Cathedral and having the choice to stay inside when the tour has finished. Plus not having to queue. Juan was a great guide.
Very informative and well managed, nice starting point. Easy walk to the cathedral. Guide stayed to keep the ones behind with the group.
First, the positives. Our tour guide Melissa was excellent. She knew a lot about the cathedral and had some entertaining stories which really brought the building to life. The tour was a sensible duration; long enough to get a good overview, short enough to avoid boredom. Unfortunately, it was a very busy day so the visit to the tower felt rushed. However, it’s possible to stay inside the cathedral as long as you like after the tour, so I suppose it would be possible to do this again. The reason we can’t give 5 stars is not the tour, but the organisation. Our start time was moved back 35 minutes by Whatsapp with no apology or explanation. Wary of text scams, we tried to confirm this change via Whatsapp and Viator messaging but the company did not respond to either. We also asked what ID would be needed and that was ignored too. We felt we had to turn up at the original start time, just in case, and then had to hang around for half an hour. Better communication from the tour company should be expected.
Very disappointed with service provided. Booked for 12 noon, later received a Wats App message changing time to 12.35. We showed up for the 12 noon slot just to be on the safe side. Waited until 13.25 for the guide to show up, which they didn't. Called the Wats App number, called the office for clarification but both methods went unanswered. Would not recommend
We had a great experience with Rosa! She highlighted a lot of history and features of the cathedral, and kept it light at the same time.
This tour was top notch. We had so much fun and learned so much. If you’re still wondering what to do in Sevilla, I wouldn’t miss out on this one.
Our guide, Rosa, led an informative, comfortably paced tour of the Seville Cathedral. We enjoyed her enthusiasm and knowledge of the site and Seville in general.
We really enjoyed the Cathedral tour and the walk to the top of La Giralda. Our guide Rosa was delightful. Unfortunately our digital guides stopped working but she soldiered on and we didn’t miss a thing. Would highly recommend.
This is nice to have a guide who knows very well the subject , I have learned a lot. The architecture is amazing, the history around the cathédrale and the giralda is well explained and very interesting …
What a lovely experience. The guide was very knowledgeable and explained what we were viewing. Highly recommend climbing to the bell tower was so worth the view.
Unreliable my booking was cancelled last minute, as I was leaving the hotel encounter, then they tried to bounce me to the following day when I said cancel as I was leaving the next day they said they could accommodate me in the afternoon but they'd rather not as I was solo and would prefer the next day when they were empty when I said just cancel they said they would accommodate me I e the afternoon only. Then they sent me THREE different meeting points in the end I went to the tourist office, then the guide was 25 minute leaving guide was at very best average I wouldn't do it again and don't recommend for solo travellers
We took this tour with a super friendly and attentive guide. She was very knowledgeable about the history of Seville, and we found the story of the cathedral’s construction and its architecture really fascinating. She was always happy to answer any questions we had. Visiting the Giralda was the first thing we did, and we absolutely loved the views! We think the tour is a good length and definitely worth the price. We would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.
It is relatively brief with lots of time on prep /entry but the guide Melissa was first rate with great energy attitude and humour
A great experience, easy to book and didn’t have to pay until few days before. Received clear details of where to meet and our guide Melissa was excellent! She made the tour and talk fun and interesting and was very engaging! We were sad when she said it was finished! The cathedral was amazing too!
The tour guide....MELISSA was AMAZING!!! Can't say enough positive things about her. She was warm, engaging and very knowledgeable. She shared history in a way that was humorous, fun - and will stay with you. I am an American but also fluent in Spanish. Her sense of humor translated seamlessly from Spanish to English. You could feel her enthusiasm and her love of Sevilla. I'm not a fan of tours but it was the only way I was getting into the Cathedral on this date. So glad I visited the Cathedral of Seville with Melissa.
Loved the Cathedral tour, the combination of architecture and the religious treasures was amazing. The Cathedral rules changed this week and they want you to climb the tower first, this has resulted in queues forming. Some of the staff step up to the plate and tell the guides to do the main tour first, we did it that way and it was better. Be aware if you book with VIATOR, the tickets said to meet at a particular location to the side of the Cathedral, we arrived early only to get a call from Tickets4U asking why we were not at their office. Poor communication all round but we just about made the tour.
Small local business next to the cathedral. Friendly service and an efficient team. The tour of the cathedral is definitely worth it. We booked last minute when everything was sold out, and they still managed to get us in!
the guide was going back and forth with other groups, so there was very little follow-up with our group and little information.
We did the tour with Juan. Taking the guided tour was the best decision so as not to miss any detail. Juan has a very dynamic way of talking about key historical facts related to what is seen on the tour of the cathedral. The tour was concise but specific and very entertaining!
