The tour was nice. The Cathedral portion was excellent and our guide was both knowledgeable and friendly. The downside was the tower, which our guide had no control over. It would have been nice but there were too many Danny Doofus and Carla Clueless types taking multiple panoramas and monopolizing viewpoints. Make sure you have AT LEAST 45 minutes for the tower because 30 minutes was nowhere near enough. We went on a Saturday late afternoon.

Very informative and fast. If you’re looking for a quick overview and be able to get inside and then take your time looking around then this is for you.
Exellent guide Amazing knowledge of history. Never annoying. We highly recommand By the way, must be in good shape to climb the never ending tower.!
Go with a guide it makes the visit so worthwhile. The tour up the bell tower is via a seriesv of ramps with window seats if required
The tour is great for getting in and getting the basic information about the Cathedral. If you know the basic history, you maybe bored from a knowledge standpoint
Jerónimo or Jerry was super helpful and explained all the main details of the cathedral…. He was pleasant and had a ton of info that he shared with us! We would definitely recommend this tour to friends
This was a walking and listening on an ear piece tour of the Cathedral and the tower. We got to go to the top of the tower. Well worth the effort. Also it was very informative of the various periods of history of the cathedral.
Our guide was just the best. She knew everything and had an answear to every question. She had tons of energy and was full of optimism & joy. It was really an amazing experience, made easy and very worhwile. I recommend. ✅
Incredible tour with the most knowledgeable tour guide. She was excellent, patient and very knowledgeable about the history of Seville Cathedral and Gibraltar. We had enough time to visit both without exhaustion and the duration is just perfect! Thank you for an amazing tour!
Gigi was great very informative. I enjoyed the history very much. Remember to no bare shoulders, bring something to wear over them :)
I would highly recommend this tour. Gigi, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative, and she held our interest throughout the tour with her compelling descriptions and stories. It was a memorable way to explore these beautiful monuments in Seville. Thank you for the experience!
Enthusiastic and informative guided tour of the cathedral. Very good guide. More time to explore the tower would have been better.
Our guide was very informative and didn’t rush us through anything. Thoroughly recommended. The slopes up to the top of Giralda tower are easier than steps but be warned there are 34 floors !!
Wow, what a difference to the disaster we had with the official website audio visual tour of the Real Palace of Alcazar, yesterday. Thankfully we couldn't get a tour on the official website because they had sold out, so we used Colours of Spain via the 'Get your Guide' platform. Our tour guide was called Maria and she was great. She was a mine of information and clearly loves what she does. Her people skills were amazing and she showed an enormous amount of patience and kindness when dealing with customers who were late or failed to adhere to the advice and guidance she had provided. Bearing in mind she will have delivered this tour thousands of times, it felt like she really cared about her subject matter and showed a lovely enthusiasm . I felt sorry for the numerous other tourists stumbling along with their 'next to useless' mobile phone, audio visual tour and felt their pain as they gave up. Our tour cost more, but compared to yesterday it was worth every penny. My advice would be: Ditch the official website site rubbish and go with Colours of Spain via 'Get your Guide'. By the way, the meeting point is their office on Calle Francos, Seville. For some bizzare reason it shows as luggage storage on Google maps.
We enjoy traveling spontaneously and usually plan our excursions just a couple of days out. We tried to get tickets to the Alcazar Palace, but it was sold out. Fortunately, we were able to get tickets to the Cathedral and Tower tour. The biggest positive about this tour was being able to skip the lines (which stretched around the cathedral even for those with tickets). The tour started at the agency that was about 1 block from the cathedral. It was confusing at first, but we quickly realized how nice it was to be able to check into the venue with very few people around. Our group was larger than expected--about 20 people. They passed out earsets that hung on your ear. They worked marginally since the guide was very difficult to understand. She was very nice and knowledgeable, just hard to understand. The cathedral was incredibly crowded and we were underwhelmed by the cathedral. Though is is huge and beautiful, most the of "chapels' were covered with metal fences, which made it hard to see. The main chapel was not only covered by a gate, but a curtain so the only way to see inside was on a video monitor outside the gate. We have visited many cathedrals throughout Europe and this was the least enjoyable. After this tour, we realized that if a venue ticket is sold out, we likely wouldn't enjoy it anyway because of the incredible crowds that go along with it.
great tour.... good tour guid
We experienced a long delay (20 min?) at the entrance of the cathedral. ………………………………………………………………………..
Very good tour, professional guide. I highly recommended 👌
Our guide had a very strong accent which made her difficult to understand. Additionally, she talked very fast. She was very nice but I’d prefer someone who was much easier to understand.
Great experience, great guide and super knowledgeable. It was easy, fluid and just a fun tour. Would definitely use again.
Our guide knew her subject very well, she delivered it in a very informative way trying to get everyone immersed into the history of the cathedral and our it has changed over the years. Due to the size of the group there were some points of the tour were we left standing while they tried to herd the rest of the group back in line. It was a very enjoyable visit and I would recommend it and say it is something you must do if you go to Seville.
We have mostly done small, semi-private or private tours in the past. This was a big group. Moving through the very crowded cathedral was difficult. Our guide was knowledgeable and made it interesting but I would recommend a smaller group if that is an option for your travels.
Beautiful and very much worth it
It was a great and knowledgeable tour
Guide was very informative and great at his job. The cathedral was quite beautiful. The view from the tower was spectacular.
There’s lots to see, we have visited many churches over the years wasn’t one of our favourites. It does hold some of the remains of Christopher Columbus
Very enjoyable. Guide was very knowledgeable.
Guide was lovely with passion for her job and conveying information. The views from giralda were spectacular and much easier climb without the steps
Our tour guide, Eva, was excellent - very friendly, amusing and informative and she left plenty of time for questions . It was good to be able to skip the long queues which were winding around the cathedral. Well worth paying extra.
All other day of tickets were sold out and I was thrilled to find this tour had availability. Isabel was a friendly and knowledgeable guide.
Excellent French guide. Her explanations were very interesting and well-documented. Thank you Gigi.
Isabella, besides being knowledgeable and full of great information to share, was very fun and ironic. This made the visit very pleasant
The treatment was excellent and the guide Patricia was extra, The history explained was very clear and made me want to know more.
Isabel, our guide, was very skilled and friendly. I recommend taking a guide to understand and be fascinated by the history of the monument. Absolutely recommended!
Good explanations. A bit disappointed with the Giralda because there were too many people, but that is not related to our guide.
Very interesting, professional guide knows the subject very well, answer questions well. Tour to do with a guide.
With the guide straight along the line inside. That's convenient. Also good explanation in the cathedral by expert guide. Finely arranged
Very nice visit. Superb guide (didi?) who gave us many explanations, and knew how to share his love of Seville.
Great experience. Isabel precise and prepared. Very useful audio guide with headset clear and exhaustive explanations
Magnificent! The very friendly, cheerful and cultured girl! He controlled Italian perfectly. Recommended 100%
The lady who was our guide was very knowledgeable and they gave a lot of information! She was very well organized.
Exemplary start with nice guide, available and competent ... but botched end of tour, lack of time. Timing to review. To do for the beauty of both sites
Bad experience!!! At the last minute they cancelled my booking as planned and proposed me in another language or with an audio guide. I therefore had to pay for a private guide at my own expense. Great disappointment with this service.
It was a very good experience. The guide was exceptional and we really liked it.Excellent experience with an exceptional guide
Yeah, good. Very nice and very competent guide. Communicative passion and desire to make known his city.
The girl who did the guided tour I found a very prepared person, the tour was very enjoyable and interesting. He was able to solve the doubts that arose, mastery of the fantastic language, friendly and also told many anecdotes. I recommend it and would repeat.
A beautiful visit to a magnificent place that must not be missed in Seville. The tour was very well conducted, well organized and our guide was very nice and available. Thank you!
A really interesting and funny guide, among the best I have had. The cathedral is a must. Highly recommended.
Very nice cathedral to see. Carmen our guide speaks French very well, is pleasant and interesting Thank you.
Too short so interesting historically ... a guide, awesome Ghislaine who shines throughout the tour and her explanation
