Missing the queues allowed us to spend more time viewing the rooms in the palace. Once the guided tour was over we could walk at leisure around the gardens

Our guide, Laura, was deeply knowledgeable, energetic and delightful. She brought the history of the Alcázar to life for us. Despite the crowds of other tourists swirling around us, we felt transported through the centuries. The Alcázar itself is breathtaking, Laura added perspective and context to the stunning decor and architecture.

There were only 3 in our group, so we had expert individual attention. Completely knowledgeable in the art, architecture, and history of the Alcazar. And completely fluent in English.

Audio tour was excellent. Site is massive and fascinating. Gardens are lovely. No queue tours are a rip off by comparison.

We had pre booked tickets to avoid the queues at the Cathedral and the Alcázar. A must and fabulously well organised at both sites. We hadn’t planned on a guide and not a fan of larger tour groups however a lovely lady asked politely and introduced us to her colleague, the fabulously knowledgable and enthusiastic Laura Beccara. Having travelled much of the world Laura is among the best we’ve had the pleasure to retain and enhanced the Alcázar experience beautifully. From the factual to the informative ‘insight’ on some of the challenges and ego’s of those in its illustrious history. We can’t recommend Laura enough.

Few days ago we spent an amazing time with Laura discovering Real Alcazar. Fully recommended! Laura is a warm, joyfull and energizing person and she got our full attention thanks to her exciting stories, intresting fun facts and lots of art & history knowledge! Very easy-going, super friendly and helpful. After the finished tour she stayed with us for a couple of minutes to chatt a bit about Sevilla, shared her recommendations and she even marked the locations of the nicest Sevilla gems on our map! Beautiful palace and gardens. Every room and corner of this place is magical and full of history. My advice to take audio guide or tour guide as you can miss so much and Interesting information. Tour would take 2:30-3h

Laura is knowledgeable and kind. She shares lots of history and artistic knowledge during the tour. She smiles and keeps eye contact while talking to make sure we understand. I like her so much and wanted to join her tour the next day. Unfortunately she was preparing for her own travel the next day.

Laura is an excellent tour guide. She is fluent in English and very knowledgeable about the sights in Seville and Spain’s history. The experience itself was phenomenal. The guide was super responsive and attentive to our needs at all times. He had an exquisite knowledge of everything he showed us during the tour. No doubt I'd count on her again another time.

You have to visit the Alcazar in Seville. The building is beautiful. You can notice the Arabic influence and also the Renaissance art in the decoration so symmetrical and with so much level of artistic detail. It is rife with Spanish history, culture and tradition. I suggest hiring a guide as the visit is enriched with the in-depth knowledge of certified guides. Applause for Laura B.S. who sheds great culture and knowledge, apart from creating a wonderful group who laughed, were surprised and enjoyed the tour widely, in which the hour and a half that lasts neither felt. You can't miss it!

We did the tour with Laura and we loved it, it was very pleasant and informed us very well, you can hire them at the Alcázar door for 10€ per person, and it really is worth it.

Exceptional treatment from Laura. Attentive at all times to the needs and adapt to the mobility problems of some of the people. He made perfect explanations in English and Spanish not only with data but also with related details and anecdotes. Our guide, Laura, introduced us to the ins and outs of the history of the Alcázar in a very entertaining way, making references to the economic and social context of the historical periods to which she referred that allowed us to follow the guide without problem. He was also introducing interesting historical data as well as very interesting current data. If you have the opportunity to make the guide with her, do not hesitate.

Laura guided us in a small group (4 people) through the Alcazar de Sevilla with great kindness and mastery. He demonstrated deep knowledge about the monument and its history but also, and this is essential in a good guide, great Capacity (in covers) to adapt his speech to the level of the particular group in order to make the tour as interesting as it is enjoyable avoiding delving beyond what the group was able to assimilate. The monument deserves to be visited with a guide and Laura is a perfect hostess.

We met Laura at the entrance of the Reales Alcázares and when we checked her Availability (in covers) for a guided tour, we joined the group. The experience is much more enriching than just seeing the monument and gardens. Laura’s training (Art Historian) has made the visit much more evocative, as it infects you with her passion for art, architecture and puts you in a historical situation at all times. We liked it so much that this morning we made a private visit with her to the neighborhoods of Santa Cruz, Triana, the Macarena, and more emblematic places of Seville, and we would certainly repeat again.
