Very knowledgeable and courteous tour guide. Emmanuel was on time and had a positive attitude. It was a pleasure meeting him.

The Alcazar, The Giralda and the Cathedral are a must if you are in Seville!! Everything is so unique and it was an amazing experience, for real unforgettable! Our guide Javier was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about Spain history but also he had this sense of humor that didn’t feel like a history class. We love it ! Thanks so much Javier !!
Extremely knowledgeable local guides with great command of the English language. Very willing to answer more in depth questions. Gave recommendations on other day activities.
Both the guided tour of Alcazar and the Cathedral were fabulous. Loved using the headsets so we could all hear easily. Great guides. Had some trouble finding the guides but the virtual assistant was very helpful.
The cathedral and alcazar guided tours were very good. Suzanna who gave us the cathedral tour was funny and very informative. Elena who provided the tour of the alcazar was very knowledgeable of Spain and Sevilla history and made the experience very lively.
As described, this tour would take 3 hours to visit Alcazar and Cathedral. We started Cathedral at 11am, after that, we were told to come back at 3pm for Alcazar which was not possible as I already had arrangement in the afternoon. I wrote a complain to Viator, after nearly 10 days, no reply at all!
Communicated clearly about this being 2 different tours- one of Cathedral+Giralda (11am) and another of Alcazar (3pm). Meetong point was same for both and easy to find! Morning guide , Maria, was okay. We were a larger group, Maria rushed through the experience, did not wait for all of us to be present neither ever counted if all of us were there. It was a busy time, so some of the folks fell behind when other tours/ individuals fell behind. Afternoon guide was awesome and made sure we were all there, took time to explain things, and even made appropriate jokes to make it fun! Overall a good trip!
The meeting point was not specific and did not know who to look for, as in other viator experiences. Further, the audio was inconsistently working and the cathedral guide had very broken English- the tour was rushed! The next part, the Alcázar, started 40 minutes late due to Viator mix ups with tourists. The tour guide was much better than the cathedral guide. Would have been better off paying our own admission and getting the audio! A waste of time and money - very disappointing .
Long day, but beautiful country and the 3 cities were all different. It was a great overview of different regions of Spain. Amazing architecture and history. Sergio, Alejandro were wonderful! Thank you for taking care of us!
Could use more time at each venue. But overall the guides were informative and helpful. Thanks Tricia
If you are going to Sevilla, you have to do this experience. Our guides were both very professional and provided a wealth of information that we would not have otherwise known about and made sense of these historically complicated sites in a very accessible way. They were both pleasant and fun as well. Great experience.
It was as expected, this was a return visit for us. Our daughter and grand kids loved it. I was glad we did it.
My remark for tour is very bad! First of all, nobody told us that the tour will take more than 3 hours ... much more?! We spent 1,5 hours in the Cathedral and we waited for the Alcazar tour for almost 3 hours, from 12:30 till 15:05! And second guide was 20 minutes late. The first guide told us at 12:30 to wait on the same meeting point for the next tour at 14:45, but second guide appeared after 15 and just told us that we have tickets for 15:15. Nobody told us that the meeting time changed and nobody even replied to the message we sent to the operator, which you mention?! And one more thing, when we finished the Cathedral tour, guide told us that we can go to climb to Giralda. We went to the toilet and when we came back, we tried to enter to Giralda but they told us that we have to have tickets. Guide didn’t explaine us well, that we have to enter with her because only she has all our tickets! So we could’t enter because of bad explanation and her departure. Practically we lost the whole day because of this tour and had to cancel all other plans! Total disaster.
Sevilla is a beautiful place. The blend of cultures evident in its art and architecture make for a must-see. To understand its history, which is fascinating, book this tour. Our guide and docent, Cristina, was excellent. Not only was she an excellent story-teller, she provided well informed historical and artistic facts. I highly recommend this tour! (Tour in Spanish)
Really informative, great descriptions and history and the guide was excellent ( Rosa ). Split the tours up as they plan makes for a great day.
It was very good time. Tour guide has perfect English and tour was excellent. Suggestion: we had 3 tours together starting at 11am but after one hour she finished her tour and we had waited another two hours to continue our tour with another tour guide
Our tour guides Rosa and Guadeloupe (sp?) were quite good! However we were transferred from one guide to another before alcazar and spent a good 20 minutes checking back in. Also the alcazar group was over 40 people (25 was listed as the max), so that wasn’t great. The alcazar and cathedral were definitely worth the visit, but I would likely go with a different tour next time.
Rosa was absolutely fantastic, my fiancée and I enjoyed all the historical stories and jokes, was very easy to follow. Would definitely recommend this tour.
The tour guides were very friendly and knowledgeable, and we were provided earpieces to be able to hear them even in crowds. The tour was actually in two parts, with a 90-minute break in-between, so plan your day accordingly. Also, coordination between their personnel, and communication on where and when to meet, could be somewhat better. Overall, very much worth it.
We had an excellent guide Alex who was passionate and knowledgeable about the cathedral. He made the experience come to life with his Stories and calm manner.
Excellent! Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of both the Alcazar palace and the cathedral.
Our guide was very nice and informative when showing us around Seville's Cathedral. I was a little confused though, as our ticket should have included the Cathedral + Giralda and the Alcazar. Our guide sent us on our way after visiting the Cathedral and Giralda Tower with no follow up or meeting point to the Alcazar. The experience we did receive was great, but I am disappointed that we did not get to view the Alcazar as advertised.
The tour was good. The communication from the tour company to the tourists could use some improvement. First, they say to meet at The Giralda. This is a VERY crowded place. They say to look for someone with a red flag up. However, there was no red flag up. I called the tour company and they were no help at all. They said to meet at the Giralda (which is where I already was) but they could not tell me WHERE at the Giralda, a place with many hundreds of people. So I looked around and found a row of horses and carriages, and I stood beside the front horse in the line. I was the one and only person standing in front of a horse at the one and only queue of horses, thus making me VERY easy to find. I asked the tour company to tell the guide that I'm the family standing in front of the one and only line of horses next to the Giralda. The tour company would not relay that info. They said to look for the red flag, which simply was not there. So, in summary, if this company wants to improve, they could simply RAISE THE RED FLAG that the tour guide had in her possession, but chose not to use. Secondly, the tour makes it seem like it lasts 3 hours. 1.5 hours for the Cathedral and 1.5 hours for the Alcazar. In reality the tour lasts 5.5 hours because there is a two-hour break between the two parts of the tour. I'm not griping about the two-hour break. I simply wish this info had been communicated, for planning purposes. Third, the tour company required passport info to book the tickets, but did NOT tell us that passports were needed for admission. Other tours in Spain (e.g. Alhambra) plainly tell to bring your passport to the tour. One of our paid-for tour members was not allowed admission because she could not provide her passport nor a photocopy of same. Ok, now about the tour: it largely depends on luck of the draw as to which tour guide you get. We had separate tour guides for the Cathedral and the Alcazar. The Cathedral guide (Lina) was quite good although sometimes the speeches became a bit long. I felt like she was reciting a script rather than conveying knowledge. Still, the guide encouraged questions and was quite knowledgeable. The Alcazar guide (Elena) was also good, however she did move quite rapidly through the Alcazar and we became separated from the rest of the group a couple of times. The guide had a red flag on a telescoping pole, but never took it our of her handbag. I would humbly suggest that holding up the identifying flag would be a huge improvement in this tour. And if the tour guide is too busy to hold up the flag, simply appoint one of the tour guests to handle that chore. Overall, the things we saw and heard were great, the tour guides were great, and Skip-The-Line tickets are amazing. If this company wants to improve their product, they can start by being more clear in the pre-tour communication with guests, and by actually using the telescoping flags that each tour guide has in his/her possession. I'm not displeased in any way. I just really want their product to be better, and therefore I'm trying to make helpful suggestions.
This tour is excellent. The cathedral is beautiful and the Giralda tower is amazing. It’s about 35 or 36 turns as you’re going up if you want to count. Down is harder than up. Something odd happened with our purchase. I bought a ticket to tour the cathedral, Giralda, and the Alcazar. We met our guide and toured the cathedral. She said goodbye and sent us on our way to go up in the tower. I wondered about the Alcazar part, but thought maybe I’d misunderstood. We did the Giralda and then were wandering a bit more through the cathedral when I got a call from a different tour guide asking us to come & meet her. She then took us on a tour of the Alcazar. The first tour guide, Susana was lovely. Her voice was a bit quiet and it was noisy in the cathedral, so it was hard to hear her sometimes. She didn’t have the radios and headphones because she was helping another guide and that guide ended up with them. Our second tour guide, Lorena, was wonderful! She told me many things I didn’t know. Both guides had passion for being guides and pride in their city. Their sincerity made the tours wonderful. I recommend these tours. I would recommend that the tour company inform the guests and both guides when a 1 ticket tour will be in two separate parts with 2 guides, though.
Great tour of the Cathedral, Giraldi tower and Alcazar. Our guide was knowledgeable and explained key features and history of the area and the sites. Would recommend.
Elena was great guide for the Cathedral - with lots of details and stories. Highly recommend it and there were only 2 of us !
The sights were Amazing, but most Important brought to Life by the two Wonderful Guides We had. Extremely Knowledgeable and Very Kind & Sweet! Great Experience Highly Recommended It
The tour was marvelous, and our tour guide Esther was very down to earth and funny. Everything was wonderful.
Our tour guide was the best! Moses was so incredibly knowledgeable and excited about telling us about the wonders of the Cathedral and Giralda, even after doing this for 34 years! We had 10 members in our group, just the right size. Any larger is hard to keep everyone close together and in listening range of the Bluetooth earphone. It was very hot! If you can book an earlier tour in the morning, I would recommend it. Take water and stay hydrated! Remember your passport and realize there is a dress code to enter the Cathedral. It is nice that the tour is divided into two parts and you have a 15 minute break in between. The Cathedral and Giralda are magnificent! I was glad that I book through TripAdvisor since one person in our group booked through a different site, and had difficulty with the name on his ticket vs his passport, and experienced a bit of a delay.
The tour with Martha was really interesting and informative! She has a nice way to explain the history, so that everybody can follow and understand. Martha did everything that our tour won’t get boring (all the little „surprises“, book and viewpoint recommendations...) and besides all the informations and dates she always took care that we can make photos at the best views/that we won’t miss the best views. I can really recommend!!
Edu was great, very passionate, and knowledgeable! Extraordinary tour that lasted around 3 hours at a great pace. Truly learned a lot
The Alhambra is a splendid monument, and our guide Igone was just great! In addition of very rich explanation and answers to all our questions, we've been granted with humor and good vibes. Her english is perfectly understandable in the high quality provided headphones. Don't miss it, it's definitely better than visiting alone.
Easy pace around the site with good photo opportunities and cohesive commentary by our guide. Our guide Jaime was well prepared with excellent delivery and manner. He took trouble to answer our questions. He was enthusiastic about his subject and obviously enjoyed his work. This was a very enjoyable and instructive tour.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Edoardo was an excellent, well-informed guide. Even when we were running over (first day of transition to new system of entry), Edoardo took time out of his own schedule to make sure we saw all the places/points of interest part of the program. He had a great knowledge of the area and was able to respond to all the questions of the group. We really enjoyed this history lesson and tour.
I booked a tour titled "Walking Tour with Skip the Line Ticket to The Nasrid Palaces of the Albayzn in Granada" through TripAdvisor. In its Overview, it says "Discover the capital of the Nasrid Dynasty on a 2.5-hour walking tour of Granada's Alhambra, Nasrid Palaces, and Bañuelo (11th-century Arabic baths). Get stunning views of the city from the San Nicolás viewpoint, and enjoy skip-the-line access to one of the finest examples of Islamic architecture in Europe." I was confused by the contradictory descriptions at first, as The Nasrid Palaces is in Alhambra and not in Albazin, but I thought they must have planned things out. And as The Nasrid Palaces ticket was so explicitly advertised in the title, I didn't expect it to be a hoax. I even googled The Nasrid Palaces a few times to make sure that there's only one place that's called that! So imagine my shock when the guide did give me a ticket (a general ticket with Alhambra and some other attractions), I realised the entrance to The Nasrid Palaces had expired 5 hours ago - the tour was at 5 pm, but the time on the ticket to visit The Nasrid Palaces was 12 am. Confused as I was, I was still hopeful that maybe the tour company had a way to arrange the entrance during the tour. Then I asked fellow tour group members about it, to my surprise they said that they went to the palaces that morning, as apparently they booked a full tour and I only booked the tour for Albazin. There's no such information on the webpage where I booked the tour from. After asking the guide said, at first he was surprised that I thought we would go to The Nasrid Palaces, then to cover for the company, he said that we WERE going to visit The Nasrid Palaces, but not the one in Alhambra, which doesn't make any sense, as "The Nasrid Palaces" is obviously a specialised term. What we did visit were three very minor attractions - one Arab bath house, one nobleman's house, and a small and plain "palace" which I'm very reluctant to call a "palace". I had only booked this tour so that I could visit The Nasrid Palaces, so after the initial bewilderment I was very disappointed and furious to find out that I was blatantly cheated. I tried to enjoy the tour as much as I could but I was again disappointed by its quality. It was hands-down the worst tour I've been part of, no way professional, and a level below the free tours I attended before. The guide spoke very quietly, often traced off at the end of the sentence, mispronounced so many words that the whole tour was a like a guessing game for me, and he kept saying "I really like this, I really like that", and nothing much more about the things that he's pointing out, which I found very unprofessional, as I'm on the tour to learn about the history and not the guide's opinion. Besides, the tour is only 2 hours in total, not the 2.5 hours that it advertises. I contacted the tour company with my complaint but still haven't heard from them.
We booked to go to the Cathedral and the Alcazar, it was 3 hours of tur, we started at 12:30 and at 1:20 we had already done Cathedral and Giralda. We're looking for the guide, she didn't go up, all over the place and at the start point too. We went to the spree but couldn't get in without the guidance. We wrote to find out what was going on and they got back to us at 2:45. They told us we were still at 3pm, of course they forgot about us. We had already gone to our hotel and were away. We are very disappointed because it was an experience we could not have.
Muy bonito todo, la guía muy amable pero los auriculares no se escuchaban bien. Me hubiera gustado más información histórica y menos chistes
Very competent guide Beatrice who passionately explained for 3 hours the history of the alhambra and Granada in perfect French
My best option was to go with an expert guide to explain how I tell the story of the Alhambra. So you don't miss anything, and you don't stand in line, it's much better. There are a lot of people, so it is best to go either first thing in the morning, or last.
A highly recommended guided tour especially thanks to Nono an excellent guide. Definitely do it once in a lifetime.
A very pleasant and entertaining tour. The Guide, French treig very professional and nice. 100% recommended.
Magnificent visit to wire and Nasrid palaces sail tower. Amazing the best of my life. Guide Eduardo was great. He shared his wisdom and knowledge of the Palatine city of Granada. Amazing gardens explained and rooms. No hurry and no pause. The best gift of my life.
It was an awesome experience! Our guide, Juan Antonio, explained everything wonderfully. A very friendly, professional guide, who explained everything with a lot of knowledge of history. We learned a lot during the 3 hours of the tour. I recommend it to everyone. The Alhambra is a jewel to be known with a guide!
A very complete visit and with some very didactic explanations, was prolonged but at no time became heavy. On the contrary we would have stayed with Guide Alex all day. Q proved to be a great accompanist with a great knowledge and could appreciate that he loves his work and develops it very professionally. Thank you very much Alex for making us enjoy this visit q we will always remember it with very good taste in our mouths
Guided tour with Lucia, very good experience and unbeatable treatment, recommended for everyone.
All perfect. The magnificent guide. Super recommended.we have made the tour 10 friends and enjoyed very much
Our guide, Maria, who speaks excellent French, shared her love of Granada's history. The group was not important which allowed a smooth visit. Beautiful discovery of the Alhambra.
Our guide was Alex and was very nice and attentive to the whole group. The information you provided extensive and interesting. We asked him several questions and he answered all of them. I personally had already been with audio guide on a previous occasion and highly recommend visits with a guide like Alex.
