Excellent, Xavier was knowledgeable, kind, attentive. And a great sense of humour. Would do again!!

Loved the guided tour, we would have missed so much if we had gone on our own. Our guide was very good, super knowledgeable and kept us entertained. Everything worked from start to finish- very satisfied.
Manuel took his time to explain everything and geared the tour to our specific interests. The tour was very thorough on this amazing site.
Buyers beware!!!! We could not find the group we were misdirected to another group who took ages trying to help us we saw no flags no obvious Viator representatives we called and nobody could help us with meeting with our group we were on time and walked about for 30 mins. Clear areas must be marked out for tourists feel completely robbed.
The check in process was chaotic but our guide Alejandro was excellent. He was personable, informative and knowledgeable of the cathedral and area
Great experience. Informational tour guide with humor and interesting context. Good for families. Xxx
Our tour guide Filippo really knew how to entertain his group with interesting historical facts about the cathedral and it’s history, mixed with some myths and funny stories.
Excellent informative and educational and enjoyable tour. Easy for senior citizens. My wife and I enjoyed it.
The cathedral tour is well worth doing when in Seville. Book in advance:) Susanna was our guide. She made the experience interesting, good sense of humour.
very bad organization, we had a problem and couldn't arrive in time at the cathedral ( we arrived 15:03, the tour time was 15:00). There was NO WAY to contact the guide, no one helped us, especially the tour operator. We lost 60 euros and so much time at the phone calling numbers that didn't help in anyway.
Good way to avoid the entrance lines. Nice to have a Spanish guide. Go early to find the meeting spot l.
Rosa was exceptional, the tour was interactive and educational for adults and children alike! Would highly recommend.
Excellent experience, very informative, outstanding guide, Manuel. I learned a lot about the Cathedral and Spanish history
The guide did not speak much about the cathedral. Instead she mostly told stories. She only briefly spoke about Murillo and didn’t discuss any individual works of art. She spoke very little about the cathedral’s architecture.
Tour of cathedral was wonderful. Rosa was an amazing and informative guide. This activity was perfect for a solo traveler. I did the trip up the Giralda afterward (included in tour price but unaccompanied by guide) and it was “meh”. Super crowded and views blocked by caging.
Bad experience. Very difficult to find the tour guide. Then there were countless complications getting the earphones to work, followed by a long line even though we had been promised priority access. As a result, we had to rush through the tour to stay on schedule. And all that for a prohibitive price.
The actual tour was excellent and the guide was good but when it came to going up the giraldo tower we were denied entrance despite showing all our booking information and codes. After leaving the cathedral we phoned and texted your support people and were told to find the rep with the red flag who was in the square. There was no rep to be found in the square and were told to kept looking and they would try to contact her. We eventually found her but she was most unhelpful and told us we should have stayed with yhe tour guide and there was nothing she could do. So after travelling 600 kilometres and paying 79 euros we didn’t get to do what had been the main purpose of the trip - to go up the giralda tower.
Very disappointing experience. I had seen some bad reviews before but still decided to give this tour a try. Our group of four arrived on time at the meeting point, but no guide ever showed up. We contacted the guide immediately and received no response. We then reached out through Viator and they still refused to refund us. Unprofessional and not recommended.
Definitely recommend the guided tour, Maria's knowledge of Spanish and European history was greatly appreciated as she highlighted artefacts and points of interest which would have gone unnoticed.
Although it was very busy and crowded, our guide was excellent. She navigated us through the crowds and kept up a fascinating flow of information on the history of the church. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
Our guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable and engaging. She gave us a very thorough tour of the cathedral and the history of Seville and Spain. I highly recommend this tour.
Terrible. I tried to cancel 24 hours ahead of time, as a result of a change that occurred by the travel agency. Visitor would not honor the cancellation as outlined. Will not use them again.
A good tour with an informative guide - Rosa. We enjoyed the granduer of the Cathedral then climbed the tower afterwards.
We arrived at the meeting point on a very busy May bank holiday. We were 15 minutes early and searched around looking for the tour company. Eventually as our slot was 12.30 i sent a message which remains unanswered to the tour company. at the same time we came across a tour guide who directed us to another place in the square. The person we were due to meet for the company was not displaying flags or badges. We were informed our group had just left and to make our way to the cathedral. a vague description and name was given to us. We joined the back of his group to be then told to go back over to where we had been as we were late. We disputed this and the gentleman got angry. We agreed to go in the next group but he made out he was doing us a favour. The tour itself was fine and the guide who took us was also fine but the overall experience left us both disappointed and stressed
Melissa was a fabulous entertaining informative guide. The Cathedral was amazing. A must see in Seville.
It was an interesting tour, a lot of information about the cathedral and not too long and well managed
Great tour guides and beautiful experience at the venue easy to book, locate group and great communication
The cathedral is a must see. We were in awe of it all. But having a guide made it even better. You do need the history to understand the building. After the guided tour you can wander again. It’s enormous! Too much to take in. Money well spent x
It was terribly unorganized! We received detailed instructions on when and where to meet except nobody was there. No person with a red flag either as we were told. So together with a few other stranded tourists we had to look for the group that we finally found by accident. Upon inquiring why there was no red flag and why they met somewhere else than originally announced, we simply learned that there were some difficulties, and that was that. Super unprofessional. Not recommended.
The remains of Christopher Columbus, how the main alter told the story of the life of Christ, and how the entrance of the church begins with the birth of Christ from the west and ends in the east. We learned about Spanish organ pipes and the number of pillows and what they meant in the catholic priesthood- one is bishop, 2 is archbishop, and 3 is cardinal.
We had the MOST amazing guided visit with Debora through the ALBAICIN... suitable in both content and route for our family- age 9 to 79. Her knowledge, humor, way of transmitting history kept us all entranced... we would have carried on even longer with her. We plan to hire her again for an Alhambra tour. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Take this tour! Ask for Debora by name! Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable morning!
Helena was a great guide! Lots of anecdotes and very professional. A treat to visit the Seville Cathedral
Easy, fast booking and explanation for getting to the meeting point. The guide's explanation outside and inside the cathedral was excellent!
A wonderful experience! Salvatore is a super competent and well-prepared guide; the tour flew by and it wasn't the usual boring visit… we were told a lot of interesting facts that we won't forget. The view from the very top of the Giralda is beautiful. A truly beautiful cathedral! I recommend it.
The Cathedral is majestic and visiting it is an essential stop if you visit Seville. Doing it with a guide who accompanies the beauty to be seen with the eyes with historical references and illustrating what you are admiring makes the experience certainly more complete and exciting. Our guide Susanna accompanied us with so much professionalism but also friendliness and cheerfulness. Really great!!!
The guided tour I hired said it was 11⁄2 hours and we won’t have been more than 45 min. The guide would begin the explanations before the whole group reached the sites and leave no time for questions. The worst guided tour I've ever been on, I don't recommend anything.
Meet at 3pm Cathedral entrance 3:40pm. A lot of expectations. Inside a lot of people. It’s hard to get close to the commented places. We planned another reservation. The scheduled visit at 3 p.m. did not begin until 3:40 p.m. It was supposed to last an hour and a half. So we took another reservation for 6 p.m. at another location in Seville. But the tour ended at 5 p.m. It would be good to specify the exact start time of the visit for the personal organization of the clients. Otherwise Antonio was friendly.
Beautiful and large cathedral with a little bit of Columbus ggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
You can stay in the cathedral without a guide, and there is much to see without explanation.
We have reserved a guided tour Plus for 109,00 euros with 15 people, but we have been with a group of 30 people. The alleged coordinator said "you should do it before you are without leadership and without the possibility of getting my money back. It was a very bad leadership. The tour guide left the group alone for 30 minutes so you can go to Giralda Tower yourself. When he came back we just had 50 min of guidance and he kept repeating the very simple and general information... It was very disappointing!! Viator ignored my complaint and we have a very bad impression of Viator and her organization!!!!
Interesting because it provided general historical information of Spanish history and Arab rule. Susanna the guide explained with competence, sympathy and spirit
Great guide and all very very interesting thanks to the lady who was a very engaging guide
The guide was Carlos. A 10. To repeat, it is difficult to find such a good guide. A quiet, pleasant visit, with lots of information, pleasant
The cathedral is spectacular, but the visit left much to be desired. First of all, you have to be 15 minutes early in the square and I didn't put it on the reservation. We arrived on time, but the group had already gone towards the cathedral. Thanks to instructions from another guide, we managed to get in and find the group. Mary, our guide, told us that she had only two audio guides left (there were 3) because she gave one to another guide. So one of us had to stick to her the whole visit to find out what she was saying, but she didn’t make fun of herself for trying to make it easier for that person to listen. It was a very expensive visit for the treatment we had and for the information that was provided. We usually make cultural visits wherever we go and, probably, this has been one of the least interesting, despite the fact that the cathedral is one of the most impressive monuments we have ever been.
We did not have the chance to make the visit as rescheduling and then cancellation and no refund offers. I have rarely been confronted with people of such bad faith so be careful if you book with this agency.
The visit was disastrous. The very unmotivated guide, incomplete or incorrect data, lack of organization in general, we did not see some parts of the cathedral, and it was a very uninteresting visit. Besides, we almost ran out of the Giralda because of an error in the tour company (we lost more than 10 minutes, finally the cathedral staff let us in despite the error, told us that they have already had several problems with this company with tickets and organization).
A fuir !
Davvero interessante. La guida è stata brava a spiegare i fatti salienti perché la cattedrale è davvero grande!
Really a nice experience to know in more detail the curiosities about the cathedral and the Giralda .. very good and prepared Spanish guide, we never lost attention
We took the lead and I would say that Maria this is her name was wonderful speaks very good Italian Very nice and helpful to our questions Explains all the details very well and recalls its own history What about day and fantastic visit The cathedral is beautiful
